Exactly .. also it’s a bit different if my mum bought herself a nice moisturiser and I used it then it’s a bit out of order but she has so much and gets sent so much it’s just a bit selfish not to let Ella use some of her stuff

I think if her relationship with her parents has degenerated that far that either she can’t ask them, or they won’t offer to watch their 8 year old grandson for a couple of hours while she goes next door for a drink, then it’s time to cut your losses, sell at a reasonable price and move on before you never talk again.
I found that really weird, in a year were no one has been gallivanting out all nights they’ve just gone next door, the kid is of an age were at that’s time of night he’ll just be watching tv or playing xbox, neither of her parents could listen out for him or stick their head in the bedroom and check he’s behaving like once an hour.

That was so odd, but she also explained it’s like living with neighbours, always making sure the kids don’t make too much noise etc. I mean that’s not normal around grandparents either is it?

Yep!! Also makes me uncomfortable she never lets him socialise with parents dog and she never, ever walks him (I know Lee does).

I’m glad she’s finally realising she won’t be moving anytime soon. She’s worked herself into a tailspin about it all when really she should have done what we all said and expect it to be a long and potentially drawn out process and anything else it’s a bonus.
She would have saved herself a lot of this anxiety if she’d listened to common sense.
I’d need medicating living with her.

What a let down was her vlogust. She lost the plot and we found out trying to be like your friend living with your parents isn't a great idea. She's still in debt and her family don't get on.

Mik, if you're reading this.... Sell your designer everything use it to pay off your parents so the house is in your name. Give Ella your room and you have the master with ensuite. Let that teenager have more than a box room!!

It’s just things she said about “our mortgage guy” and he’d called them about how much they could borrow etc, sounded like she was very sure she had a mortgage loan approved and just needs to sell and find a house

Anyone can get in touch with a mortgage broker to be fair, most of them take their fee from the lender/product & don’t charge you. Also you can fill in an online form with many lenders to gain a rough estimation of how much you can borrow. Her mortgage won’t be approved until she finds a property as you apply for the mortgage based on the house you have found. It is only at that point where the credit checks, affordability checks etc are done. She probably has a DIP but as far as I’m aware that is only a soft search on your credit profile so any terrible credit history won’t show up at that point.

Fun fact (as Mik would say) I also got a job as an urban Decay 'Counter Manager' via the gumtree ad she's talking about. But my role was in Manchester Trafford Centre. You needed ZERO makeup skills. They hired me after one shitty interview. You got £14k basic but your sales targets were crazy. I quit after 2 shifts. Seriously. She's not special because she got that job!

I don’t for one minute believe that she got a mortgage ON HER OWN for 75% of the value of that house. Lee isn’t on the mortgage. Fair enough she works as well as YouTube but she only works 3 days a week. I doubt she will make much from her channels to make up for it either it’s not like she does much sponsored content or anything

Those pictures were probably not ‘budget friendly’ either. Kind of think she wants that look but doesn’t really want to pay for it either. No idea how much that would cost, but I know I pay close to £100 for a T section on short hair so I hate to think how much you’re looking at for her to have the effect she wants.

My hairs below my shoulders just and my hair for half head of highlights with toner cut and blow dry is normally £85 but I was £85 last time for my hair and eyebrow wax so I don’t think my hairdresser is charging me full price he owns the salon so he can do what he likes he’s the best hairdresser I’ve been too I’ll upload a pic of my hair the last time I was in for a cut and blow dry I’m due my highlights at the end of the month it’s from the back so you can’t actually see me

This was my hair the last time I got my hair done - my highlights are done every 3 months and are due to be redone at the end of the month My hair stays the tone I’ve never had to use any purple or blue shampoo once it’s toned in the salon it stays that tone which I love

On the live yesterday she was saying how the house her parents have found has no chain, the people doing the second viewing on theirs has no chain and the house they’ve stood outside of has no one living in it so she thinks it’s all meant to be and will be quick. Life with kids is amazing, for me anyway. She just doesn't seem bothered with her kids or doing anything with them, she's so self centred it's all about her.

Exactly, poor Milo gets dragged to Meadowhall every weekend and if they aren’t at Meadowhall he plays computer games. The kid never gets any fresh air!
