I would be so annoyed if I was her, she seems to have put a looot of work into this listing.

When i looked last night they'd put a copy of the builders one up (naughty naughty) - but it was the mirrored version, and now looks like someone has just used it to copy from to make the ones that's up, so her house is actually the opposite of the floor plan

I don't think her hair gets a good wash when she DOES wash it because she has baths and never showers. It's never going to be quite the same.

I don’t have a shower but I bought a tap shower thing for the bath so I could wash my hair that way when I’m in the bath and I’m convinced my hairs cleaner longer than what it is when I just wash it in the bath if I’ve forgot to put the tap things on

Saying that though she didn’t even spend Christmas with her own family who live under the same roof! Seems like the McDaids have a habit of creating family rifts. My bet is it isn’t Lee who causes them!

not necessarily, a lot of new build estates are popular and houses can sell quickly. You just have to buy the right new build house in the right place. Eg for me personally the fact that house is on a public footpath puts me off a bit as there is likely to be a flow of people walking past, plus in terms of safety its an exit route for thieves. If the sites still under development there needs to be a selling point of that particular house over buying a new one. However, some people don’t want a blank canvas and don’t want to wait for a house to be built, especially if they are selling. I live on a new build estate and around 5 houses have sold for some decent profit since April.. she could have done more with the house and made it more appealing and gave it a better chance of selling.

I second this! I also live on a new build estate, that are still building. Due to the whole pandemic the building work is really behind schedule, so much so that people who were set to complete towards the end of the year have been pushed back nearly a year. So a few houses have been up for sale and sold in practically no time.
She could of done so much with that house but unfortunately it just looks half arsed. Like I’ve said on here before, there’s a lot of houses around the area she lives new. New build and some older that are much nicer, proper driveways etc. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s why she’s struggle to sell it

I still think her parents have gone. The cushions that were on her parents sofa in the house listing are now in the main lounge. Why would you swap home furnishings between rooms? That said, the KitchenAid is back!
