Thing is, they aren't that many for TikTok standards. For IG, sure. For Meg herself, yes. But really viral videos on TT have millions of views.
And you can tell these more viewed videos aren't really doing much for the rest of them cause after the 300k + come other 20k views ones.
Oh and it's definitely not adding significantly to her follower count. She's under 10k. That's not even enough to join TT's creator fund. TikTok is supposed to be the easier social media in terms of amassing followers and she's been on it for over a year and hasn't broken through.
