I read, I think it was back in June or July, an article about a woman (in her twenties or thirties) that also presented tachycardia, but it was soon after receiving the jab and her heart rate was back to normal the next day. Maybe it will be the same in your case.
The positive thing is that the rest of the results are ok and they are sending you home. Hope you can rest and everything gets better soon
