I would find it very hard to take Martina seriously if I came across her as a patient when her personal page on Insta is so contrived and fake, let alone ethically questionable at the best of times.
And just to be clear I'm not suggesting she isn't good at her day job, I haven't got a clue what her professional capabilities are like. But I expect certain standards from medical professionals and it would be difficult to separate the person I know on Insta from the medical person in front of me. Particularly when they are so tone deaf around areas like mental health and their children's privacy. The same goes for others like Dr Doireann, Cherington House etc.

There’s no possible way that this tit goes on in her everyday life . She’s an average joe soap so no nanny’s floating around . She had a full time job ,2 young kids and pregnant . Who in the name of Jesus comes in from work and gets dressed up like that and prances around the kitchen in heels and dresses and doesn’t go out each time . She’s delusional !!! But not to worry at least she’s still a size 6 wearing non maternity clothes still . We hear you for the millionth time !!!
