I think he’s had to go back to working…hasn’t he?
I don't think so, I can't see any obvious evidence that he's back in employment (other than being a bit quiet on his account). He's trying anything but that, ramping up the ads (and of course, squealing because some followers have voiced their displeasure at the imbalance of ads vs content on his account) and the introduction of the subscription navel gazing via substack being the most obvious changes.

Has anyone read any of his Substack? I can't imagine he has a single interesting thing to say.

I can’t remember what it was that made me think he had.
I unfollowed him a while back now which I never thought I’d have said.

More of his "I'VE GOT A GIRLFRIEND AND SHE TOUCHES MY WINKY" fodder on stories, with the singing clip. Bless him. Interesting that she used to be in a 'girl band'. Safe to say that she's always been hungry for the limelight.
I know that a PP said he's privately very different to the sexually repressed bumbling old bean he presents on Instagram. He seems to be trying to move away from that character and introduce more of his real self. It just comes across as awkward though, it's not really working.

His content is very disjointed and just ad after ad and then recycled content from years back, dull as ditch water now

So now has signed to an agency and is advertising skin and me. OK I appreciate them going for someone who isn't a typical beauty influencer but I fear this is a downward sprial for him...sprive, nous and a supplement company next then...

I am still baffled how he's making a living from this, these ads come across as a bit desperate to be honest.

I see his parents have had an issue with their builder on their local-to-Greggles renovation project. Given he has had a Plymouth renovation project and account for years now, didn't he have any trusted contacts?

He seems to do most of the work himself and not employ trades. Probably to keep costs down. Apart from freeloading accepting ‘kindly gifted’ stuff, it’s DIY.

I am convinced this is a thinly veiled beg for free stuff for his parents. The close ups of the kitchen really screamed " if you give them stuff I will promote it". Plus the whole " oh they are just poor pensioners trying to enjoy their golden years" was very hammed up. His parents are loaded and definitely don't need free stuff. Hence why they've bought a mansion for the 2 of them to live in

Thinking about it, didn't he say that his parents were experienced renovators? Having done that old church (was it a church?) in Yorkshire before moving to Devon?

Yep! And not only that I'm sure he said they done more than one gut renovation. He made a point of saying they had done everything themselves (just like him NOT). If he's so worried about them managing in retirement why didn't they come to live with him in his giant house with an entire separate basement flat?
