The message I am talking about said “given she always had a nanny or someone looking after her” - I read that as that was a fact?
I didn’t word it right, that’s my fault. I don’t know whether she had a nanny or not, just going by what someone had said earlier.

Where is half the information being posted on here really coming from though? I never said she had a nanny, I said “if” she did, because I read someone here had posted about it.
Buzzbee you're getting cross examined more than the McCanns these past couple of nights 😂

I wouldn’t necessarily say that losing a child completely ruins your life. Careers still matter whether your child died or not
.
I don't know you know,my friend died in an accident at 23 and her Mum who was a teacher had to give up her job as she could no longer do it and couldn't cope with being there. She was nearing retirement but still it was very sad.It absolutely wrecked their lives.

Surely if their child died their life is ruined anyway? If my child died, not having a career wouldn’t matter one iota. Also, if a child dies accidentally you don’t automatically lose your other children.
Yes but if they had wilfully neglected her and toxicology tests showed sedatives in her system 😕

Not if they have other children, which they did... still gotta work to live and eat

Might be a plan to go back through a few of her posts before you say anything else.

I think it’s circumstantial. Some people know they have to be strong and carry on for any other young children they have

I’ve had mixed feelings on them but I think I feel the same about them really. I don’t really believe in 6th sense stuff (I believe in gut instinct but I don’t think that’s the same). They’re a bit like magicians, you know it’s an illusion but you still enjoy the show. The difference I guess is that some people get really taken in by them and think they’re legit. Don’t even get me started on crystals🤣
I don’t disagree per se but I went to one who only knew my first name. Nothing else of me. He knew my son’s first name and then he said but there’s loads of them. My son’s name was given to all the first born boys in the family until my grandad stopped the trend so there were no more in living history. I didn’t know that I just chose that first name by chance. A lot of things with some of them I think that could apply to anybody but that particular comment stood out to me as I don’t know anybody else that has all the same name got first born boys... obs it happens but not to any of my friends so how did he get it with me and he’s never said it to them. Could have been luck. But I always have an open mind. Like with most things I sit on the fence 😂 i just hope with Madeline they find some sort of closure for her and her siblings sake.

. I don't think its about being strong its whether you can concentrate and cope enough to do the job. Sometimes when something as bad as this happens your mind has just gone. A colleague of mine had just nipped to the shops and when he got home he found his girlfriend had hung herself. He had to cut her down with a passer by. He had to take ages off work because he was an utter mess.Thats another example. Trauma affects everyone differently.

How do you know this? There is so much on here about how they felt about their daughter, how she was treated etc etc. But where is this info coming from? Loads of people work full time and have childcare does that mean they don’t know their children? Or is there a factual source out there that says this is true?
She states in her book that the kids went to kids club straight from breakfast at 8.30-9 and they were there all day until 5-5.30 where they would be fed, bathed and put to bed and the parents would then go out to eat at around 7.

It's not a great stretch to assume they had a lot of childcare at home. Don't quote me cause it was a long time ago but I'm sure in the grandparent's statement they said the nanny was suppose to go on holiday with them.

I mean that’s awful.

But I had to call my workplace just hours after holding my son while watching him die to make sure they knew that I needed more paid leave because I couldn’t afford to lose my job given that I was pregnant and due in a few months.

I just can’t cope with sweeping statements like that. Not when I’ve come so close to joining him myself. I can’t sit and read people who have never lost a child saying losing a child completely ruins your life. Like ffs I know how much it ruins my life but I couldn’t just not do it anymore.

Oh ok. I always thought they had done kids club and other stuff - like the pool and the beach etc. I thought I had seen pics of it and stories of how they were worried someone had been watching them while they were at the beach.

I’m not even doing this

There’s so much ‘IF I lost a child’
‘Well I wouldn’t be worrying about xyz’

If they had they wouldn’t be saying that.

I'm sure you don't mean any offence and neither does @Tigger1 but the lady you are quoting has lost her child who was of a young age so please stop now!!! It's no one's place to say about life after losing a child as it's unimaginable.
