Indeed, she's been talking about London recently, in the context of cost of living etc. I recall a long time ago she said that in England, only Manchester or London would be suitable for her career location, and certainly not Leeds. At least there is absolutely no risk of me bumping into her in a Wetherspoons here in London, unless she is doing their social media and filming Sir Tim.
I don't think Lydia will. I'm not sure if the 6 month contract rule is still in place with the WHV changes, but it's pretty clear Sid will continue to work for MAP and they'll find a way around the rules but Lydia might not be able to keep getting 6 month contracts.
I find it weird because she talked about how it was good for Sid's work to be based in Australia, so why were they ever just going to be there for 3 months?! Surely they would always have planned to go for longer. It doesn't feel like they moved together cause he is always just busy working or doing his own thing.

I think it was all badly timed. He apparently was on a work trip which she said was so secret she couldn’t say what it was/where he had gone
It almost feels like she’s gone and become a little lost puppy, this is why I think ultimately he’ll stay and she will to keep their relationship going as she seems quite fragile in that respect
I genuinely think he thinks his career is more important and Lydia is probably going 'no it's fine, I can move on my own' and he isn't realising he's leaving everything to her
I get this, but also if it’s a work trip he’s had planned far in advance, before they knew the move would be around then, it is probably quite hard to then turn around and say he can’t go
I feel like she has a spending addiction. I know she likes to make things feel like her own b it surely you make do for a year? Like do you need boxes for a tv unit? I know you can sell somethings on but I feel like she constantly is buying clothes etc
She’s literally sooooo wasteful all the CRAP she’s bought. This flat is only 6 months, why does she need to replace the pictures on the wall, get a dining table, buy plastic storage stands. Crazy
No vlog last Saturday. Not surprising, as she turned 23 on Friday. I thought she was born middle-aged, due to her sensible vanilla lifestyle. Early to bed, healthy breakfast, early to the gym etc.

And I do think this will be part of the reason her and Syd split sooner rather than later, as he seems to be a bit more fun than Lydia who comes across as fun as a twig
Her newest vlog genuinely made me angry. The first third of the video is all a long, drawn out ad that she ties into her birthday and dissertation. I don't mind sponsored videos, but I can't stand it when youtubers waste viewers' time by trying to make it sound elaborate and genuine when they're lying.
She was let go by her management agency back in the UK and is taking a step back from videos, according to her latest TikTok
Is that because she has no personality and is boring AF? Her study videos worked because she was working towards her qualifications and it was an interesting journey that she knew how to document. She doesn't seem able to tell stories outside of studying. Her vlogs when she was in Copenhagen weren't great and since she's graduated they've just been dull. Anyone who can make Copenhagen, Berlin and Sidney look dull fully deserves to be let go by their management.
Agreed she seems a nice enough girl but wow her videos were boring as duck.
I like Lydia but her days have been the same for years now no matter where she is. Shopping for food bits for her usual salad, yoga, and not much else. I'm sure she could still do YT from Australia and get some brand deals, but she's just lost her spark a bit.
Do you know if she had the same management as Holly Gabrielle? I wonder if Holly is going to be dropped soon as well. It seems like most of the studytubers from Lydia's cohort are declining
