Not followed Lydia for a while but saw when he went missing, some of the comments on this thread suggest he’s passed away rather than stolen? If that’s true really sad he seemed like a cute cat.

Spoiler this is a long one about Lidl and her narcisism, Im letting some valves loose.

I just want to say at times like this I get a bit panicked because someone, an animal this case has gotten hurt.

I feel like a bit of a veteran reading the old site for quite a while before it went tits up.
It was full of observant normal people who were regular watchers of lidl and aldi and co.

If you haven't seen these people in action for so long then you would not know their repetetive antics. Over time lidl especially declines in all ways imaginable for a person to do.

The cats, lidls behaviour to other humans, close or otherwise and her materialism have all been commented on in forums and right on her insta and YouTube.

She gets away with everything. Her minions are bleeping idiots enabling her. Poor bleeping cats. They dont get to choose their owner.

I use these people to understand the narcs I was surrounded by and other roles like enablers and denialists like her supporters.

I'm really harsh sometimes. Those moments are when I feel her hipocrisy gaslighting and cruel selfishness are on show. It can take a trained/experienced eye to see some of these things and I wish I didnt recognize it but I call it out, the more people know about these types of people the better.

I am at heart a compassionate person so I cast bright light through to darkest shadows when you see basically good versus evil in life.

Being a narc to the degree lidl is is a life sentence and I am being serious when I say its comparable to peodophilia.

Lets hope psychiatry/neurology and treatments can be developed in the near future to bring humanity back into these personality types and prevent them from taking pleasure in harming others whilst not being locked away.
Until anti social types are able to be treated they should be monitored.

Unfortunately they currently run the world!

The beginning of the story is Lynx went missing and she has excused the local farmer of shooting him, I don't think she has actually spoken to the farmer though.
If you can watch her vlog from when they went to the Spa last month, fast forward to where she is sat in the hotel room and she tells a long tale of a story about lynx in it. I think it's best to hear the story from her, to understand the magnitude of her delusions.

It's really infuriating. People told her of the toxic plants in her house (lilies and Digitalis spec.) but she told them off, as if they were silly. They both just can't learn. Lynx went AWOL, and they didn't change a thing.

Plus, if you recall, she had Cawwie’s mum’s dozen toilet tolls filled with foxgloves on the windowsill and told us at the same breadth that Lumi was not using the catflap but rather making her open the window to let her out. This would obviously entail Lumi being in very close proximity to said foxgloves. Go figure.

Lumi has food poisoning. That is a form of neglect. These two better figure out how to take care of this cat that they love so much.

And Lydia made me cry when she burst into tears at Lumi eating her food.

I think she also came home limping in a recent vlog so that would have been a few weeks ago and they still let her go out and get in danger again.

Lynx went missing a year or so ago. They claim a rogue farmer sniped the cat with a long range missile. Miss Rigatoni accused them of burning Lynx’s body as she claims the investigator “found a burnt circle in a field“. And of course they ironically start bringing up this detail months after he went missing for asspats, around the time of their last public meltdown.

I have a feeling Lynx is living with another family and the investigator went to the pub and came back with the sob story after having a pint. Of course they are both too goofy and self centered to think deeply about anything, so they bought into it for the attention.

Well, I watched Ali's video and found it very distressing. I'm still trying to process my thoughts and how I feel.
In my opinion Ali came across as sensitive, caring and thoughtful....and he has the patience of a saint with Lidl cackling off camera.
Not knowing what is wrong with your pet is terribly worrying and trying to make a judgement call about the vet is so stressful. They have obviously been through the mill.....and poor Lumi, he's obviously been pretty sick.
My husband was away when our Maine Coon Chilli fell ill and it has brought it all back...to and froing to the vet, watching him suffer, driving like a lunatic across the country to a specialist vet, looking for a cat for a blood donation, desperate phone calls....and then losing him.
It doesn't surprise me that the local vet doesn't have the capability for overnight stays, that was the specialist's remit and there was a world of difference in the two places.
I didn't like Lidl's crying on camera...even if they were happy tears. Maybe spend the time reflecting on what you could have done differently. Too many treats? Coconut oil? Really?

I think we learn to live with it don‘t we? Not sure if you ever get over it though. I am sorry you are reliving it all again. I had it with 2 of my dogs and the second one took me 5 years to come to terms with before I could rescue the little fellah I have now. The joy they bring is wonderful but the anguish of losing them is very hard. Chilli is such a good name for a Maine Coon. They are utterly stunning!

Anyway, I am glad Lumi is on the mend and I hope he won’t need to be in hospital much longer. No sure myself about showing what Ali showed but it was such a relief...

Just what I was thinking because lumi was weaving through the plants on the other window sill. My cats are house cats but they come out in the garden with me in the summer they nibble on plants so I keep animal friendly ones.

I am in a bad mood today so apologies for the brattiness but it is so hypocritical of them to be whining about Lumi when they just let that cat go wherever whenever without keeping an eye on her, who knows what she may have gotten into. I adore cats but after you lose one, how can you risk losing another? Idiots. Maybe if their heads weren’t so wrapped up in Hoochi and Lewy Veetonn they would still have 2 whole cats.

Digitalis is foxgloves. I couldn't remember the English name it's their genus name (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digitalis). When I wrote it I couldn't remember their English name for the life of me. I had to do plant identification for one semester at uni. They use the scientific naming. Sometimes I have this more in mind. But I forget a fair share of knowledge

IF the happy tears are real... they are for herself not having to be worried. She's relieved/happy tears for HERSELF! Poor Lydia, life has delt HER another blow that her cat was sick and that her hair was breaking and she has 2 zits all in the same week. Poor Lydia needs a WEEK OFF due to the cat being sick... not her being sick. SHE was suffering because of the cat.

Coming back to your first comment with the window opening instead of the catflap.
I don't know what parts of different plants are toxic for cats without reading it up but not every time the toxic plant needs to be actively eaten.
For example, if the pollen of the lilies are toxic to cats, but needs to be ingested then, if the cat is living her best life on the counter top with said lily and goes later on licking her fur, they would ingest it anyway. I also don't know the dose, this is all speculative.
Why didn't she put the dumb foxgloves on the other window sill? Why is Carries mum as dumb as her giving them idiots a whole batch of toxic plants? Let bollocks have a bite, too.
I understand that she wants to give her cat the possibility of free roaming, but it doesn't work. They lost Lynx and Lumi already got in trouble because she bullied neighbours cat, and now this.
I just can't get over the known toxic plants she brought into her home. There is also something called chronic toxicity. It means you won't die immediately from a toxic substance. You can ingest it years and then suddenly get hit by complications. (acute vs sub-chronic vs chronic)
