bhahaha sounds like they paid for tickets to this car show and were not guests of any brand. No shame in that since that's what all of the rest of us lowly humans do. HOWEVER, except that it’s such a sign of the times, and they made it look like they were guests of these brands (begging) tagging for DAYS when they were there just shooting and tagging like beginner influencers.

I don't understand the recent trend to paint skirting and cornices the same colour as the walls. Please, someone well versed in professional decor, can you explain the reason? Every single time I've seen it done the ceilings drop and the rooms look smaller.

Also, putting artwork on a paneled wall such as in their paneled entry way wall where the staircase goes down to the basement... WHY? The paneling is the focal point, isn't it? I don't get it. Make it make sense.

The only thing Lydia said that I agreed with is that artwork should be eye level. That is correct. However, Ali and Lydia have no sense of scale. All the artwork in that house is too small for the areas they're in.

I do NOT understand why they are spending this much money on a perfectly fine existing patio that just needs a power wash. They could easy wash that patio and sell the home without this massive expenditure out there. The rose arch was gorgeous and also not needing of being ripped out (murdered). Why put in this kitchen/pizza oven if you are moving and do not cook?? Or do they think doing this will distract owners from the plumbing issues?

I guess normal homeowners spend money on areas that need fixing and updating before addressing areas like this because we don’t get free pavers and equipment. I think she’s just doing this to keep up with Josie and Vic. Oh and that no vendor will freebie plumbing repairs.

I don’t think this tearing out of something absolutely fine (like powder room and kitchen) is going to resonate with her followers. It’s a turn off.
