I don’t have such hopes for Victoria!
she used to be transparent, or at least I thought she was until the new rules kicked in last year! And girl got BITCHY when she had to declare items as gifted.
I know this isn’t her thread but I think she’s going to launch a product in 2020 and she doesn’t want gleam to get a cut.
She’s become greedy and she’s now no different to Millen. I think that will be her downfall and she’ll go down the same road as Millen, not learn from her mistakes. Her subs are starting to realise that every single perfume is her FAV! every skincare freebie is her ABSOLUTE FAV.
I want to see her crash back down to earth. Right now I dislike her just as much as Millen

Yes it was a press trip with @dgbeauty and her attempt at promoting the lipstick was to hold it like a cigarette? Weird.

He's the pic again showing the lipstick (but with a little photoshop).

Out of the two I’d pick Vic. At least she seems to have friends in the industry, has a solid degree, is creative, gets actual sponsorships/ambassadorships, and leaves her house. All things I can not say about lydiot

This is a big off topic, but I listened to the YouTube video podcast of Anthony Padilla and Phillip something and it explained how the youtube commenting and views and so one work for in the favor of the account and how the different columns of interaction help

Can someone give me a lowdown on ‘Gleam’, is it a management company? So Lydia was with them then left them and now Victoria/ITF has done the same?

Gleam is famous for having Zoella, Alfie Deyes, HelloOctober, Joe Sugg and the like. They are a management company that has contracts with big British YouTube names.

Victoria is the only "luxury channel" in their roster. Gleam is notorious for being greedy towards the money that goes in via their talent. No wonder ITF wanted 100% of the profits. But, thanks to Gleam, she had a book.

Lydia never had management,as far as I know.

Yes, just like her fake, decorative books that she actually paid $ for - each just blank pieces of paper bound together. I suppose those are the only books she knows how to read though. Lol

Eventhough I like her in lighter hair, it's looking like hay! Better be careful on your little walksies in the countryside Lidl so that a horse or cow don't try to grab some snacks.
I'm beginning to wonder if she even use heat protection appropriately when styling it? It's not like she hasn't got any products...

Yep. Her hair does look longer and its an awful colour. She is trying to get back to what she used to look like, but that won't change how people see her now because she has shown too much of her true self. There is no coming back from that.
