Sleep deprivation can cause vulnerability that's
Why they use it in military exercises/simulation of
War scenarios as a form of torture 👀we have nearly all googled the questions and really wanted the right answers for it. Do these sleep experts have the answers ?! It's so tempting, it's probably expensive too 😏
That sleep consultant in particular is REALLY expensive.

Why is it assumed that mums are vulnerable? Her viewers are majority adults who can make decisions for themselves 🤷🏼‍♀️
I didn't mean vulnerable in that sense, I meant more that it is like praying on women who might be feeling extremely low, tired and at the end of their tether.....resulting in them feeling vulnerable and like they can't do it, so grasp onto anything that they perceive will help.....
Hormones all over the place causing flucation in mood can also leave people feeling emotionally vulnerable and wobbly.
Having just had a baby nearly 4 months ago, I can testify to feeling some of those feelings myself !!!!

I am almost 2 years in and still find myself vulnerable and unsure at times... I really dislike Lydia's handling of things personally and favoured Lucy's but sleep training.. No way. :(

Hi to all the mamas!!
Yeah especially when Roman wasn't even 4 months old!!! What 'problems' were there at 4 months?! Just him being a baby!!!

My baby is four months old today and I agree it’s a rollercoaster of emotions. Hope you and baby are doing well and agree how Lucy suggesting a sleep trainer could tempt sleep deprived parents

There are literally sooooo many leaps and variants to babies sleep and it wouldn't surprise me if roman still keeps waking up... Its what babies do 😐

I won’t lie I actually looked into a sleep trainer at one point. Out of pure desperation of lack of sleep & hearing how everyone else’s baby was sleeping through & mine wasn’t. I never went through with it though, 2 years on still in the same boat but just come to the realisation he will sleep when he’s a teenager😂

can imagine having a friend like lydia could possibly make lucy think her baby should be sleeping through & wondering where she is going wrong.

Mines a delight at the moment.....she’s 4 months and the last three nights I think we’ve managed to sleep 2.5 hrs straight before she’s awake again 👍🏼 #livingoncoffee

Ahhhh I remember those days so well... Bless you ❤ I spent many times on my phone figuring out HOW TO GET HIM TO SLEEEEEEEEP ... Which is why I find it so dangerous for people to just put things out there sometimes (especially influencers) but alas I was not willing to let our lad cry it out so I just figured hey ho... What will be will be... I NEVER thought it would end 😱 but it really does get easier and.... Weirdly... I miss all the extra cuddles ❤... You got this mamas!!!

Thank you! You too!! It really is, some days can get you feeling so low and I worry influencers give off a false hope to those who are really struggling!
It really could do, and it's ok for her as it was probably free/gifted/AD but for those who are parting with cold hard cash it just feels exploitative!

This is exactly it, still at such a young age and changing all the time you can't prescribe and train so ridigidly in early days!

We had a great 6 months of first born sleeping through unbroken and ultimately got smug and cocky - then we were being woken up every hour for the next 18 months 😭😭 thanksfulky she’s settled down now

Our babies were born on the same day! 😊

I agree with all re: sleep consultants. How can they be so prescriptive and assume that their one technique will work for every baby? They all seem like snake oil merchants to me.

I'm in a fortunate position because my boy is a fairly good sleeper. Still up multiple times in the night but has a feed and goes back down. Nap times it's totally hit or miss whether we can put him down, but I'm alright with it. Trying to 'train' him to do anything seems useless at his age, I'm just trying to follow his lead. It feels like Lucy and Lydia thought their lives would quickly get back to normal after their baby, and they'd have a cute new accessory and source of content for Instagram.

Genuinely don’t know how people can let their baby cry and cry. It’s bad enough when they’re in your arms and they won’t settle for whatever reason never mind actually choosing to leave them to cry...🤨

I tried it once out of desperation and left her for about 2 minutes before realising I couldn’t do that! I don’t know how anyone can!

I must admit as annoying as I found her in pregnancy she has gone up in my estimations but I do like how she’s not trying to rush getting back into results with Lucy and parading her body! I’ve seen on a few occasions she shows her bump which is completely normal! Unlike her mate Lydia who shows off constantly!

Anyone seen the new beg list she’s just put up, under the pretence that these are the last things she Googled. FFS to you’re rich love just buy it yourself 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Really boils my piss
What the duck does she need a ‘nice washing up bowl’ for...?
How has she been managing the past 4 months 🙄

Agree but I kind of wonder if it will be a big reveal? All being filmed at edited for RWL she did stories not long ago saying it won’t be long
