I agree. Who among us HASN'T received a Range Rover from their boyfriend recently? Who hasn't been to John Lewis and the White Company and dropped £500 on baby clothes on a whim? Sooo relatable.
I did say ‘quite’ 😂

neither Can I! Remember he told his ex Tina ‘ she just didn’t do it for him anymore’ after having Scarlett and suffering with post natal depression! I think he is very shallow and it’s all about looks with him ( although I think Tina is naturally so beautiful ) and that just shows what kind of a man he is.. a decent man would have stayed and atleast try to make it work and support his girlfriend he’s been with for years, and if he couldn’t do that then atleast don’t break her heart even more by basically telling her she’s unattractive and you don’t fancy her anymore.
I used to think he was nice until I read that story and since then I’ve hated him.

How awful! And sorry to go off subject abit ( although it’s not really as we are discussing if Lucy and Ryan will last long ) this is a 10 year challenge post scarlets mum posted last year, how sad that she struggled so bad and when she mentioned ‘no income coming in’
I think that Ryan only stepped up as super dad half way through scarletts life
If he could treat his basically child hood sweetheart who he had been with for six years like that - I feel like Lucy will feel under a lot of pressure for him to find her attractive and exciting still now they’ve had roman.
He’ll eventually bin Lucy off no doubt about it! Move onto the next hot thing with no commitments/baby in the way. I can see it now!

And again with the free dairy free items, this time from Rude Health. Highly doubt she bought all that herself (especially considering there's a not in the corner and yet it's not declared as a gift. Surely just saying thank you and tagging the company doesnt class as declaring a gift?

Also I've never used that brand but are all those nut milks fresh? Because if they are then that is such a waste because no way would she use all of them before they go out of date. (They might be long life, I am unsure but that's a lot of milk if they are fresh)

Yeah and don't we all get loads of baby products gifted to us on the regular when we can easily afford them. Happens to me all the time!

Given that kids who sleep away from parents in the first six months are at risk for sids she’s sure cavalier about putting the baby in another room to nap

Does anyone know why Lucy and Ryan live separate?
I think they’re at Lucy’s now since the baby was born but Ryan still has his own house in Manchester, they said a few months ago that they’ll be keeping the two houses, when things start getting back to ‘normal’ who knows what it’ll be like but I wouldn’t like to be between two houses with a baby!

I’ve always thought that Lucy is a lot more into Ryan than he’s is her

I thought short naps were OK? It's just all night that you're not supposed to leave them in a different room just yet. (I'm not an expert!)

Does anyone else think Lucy’s story about not needing shakes etc is directed at Danielle Armstrong? I mean Lucy isn’t wrong you don’t need to diet that way!

It could well be, the shake brigade get on my wick, especially where new mums are concerned. Danielle looks like a lovely Mum but she needs to ditch the shakes

Agreed! I don’t know how she’s coping with the tiredness from a newborn and living off shakes surely you’d have no energy

When she first put the story up about explaining the 4 stone weight loss I thought she might actually explain how that amount came to be when she clearly didn’t have 4 stone to lose - but no she’s doubling down on that bit!

I do agree that the shakes are tit though!

I actually really appreciate Lucy’s posts atm. As a mum of a 5 month old it’s bloody hard especially in lockdown- lack of sleep is a difficult thing to adjust to and it comes with a huge impact on your health both physically and mentally so to pretend it’s all ok is hugely detrimental to new parents.
a lot of what you see from insta regarding motherhood is all the highs and of course it’s wonderful and lovely but there is always a flip side to that which she is normalising! I think it’s great people openly acknowledge how tough it is to raise children instead of tearing each other down and forcing people to put on false pretences.
I totally agree. A lot of people are always slating her saying she is always moaning.
Personally i don’t think she is, she is showing the tough times aswell as the good. I would prefer to see that rather than alot of other isnta mums who like to act like its all perfect & never have a bad day.

I'm dreading when she inevitably rolls out RWL for new mums 😣 my sister is addicted to RWL and has actually lost far too much weight to the point she's lost her periods, however she's also evangelical about it and I know she will start telling me about it as soon as it's out and then the pressure is on 🙄 I've so enjoyed not having to worry about weight while I've been pregnant (I'm three weeks PP) and dreading the point where people start to judge me and I feel like I have to measure up against people like Lucy again 😢 I just want to enjoy my tiny baby, relax and get through the sleep deprivation.

BTW I put on a total of three stone while I was pregnant and in the first ten or so days PP I had dropped two of them just from the baby, placenta, fluid, blood etc.
