Yes, even McDick knows that these notes were entirely suitable to be put before the jury as evidence. He’s desperate to mislead the public on this.
Just because an expert says they aren’t a confession doesn’t mean the jury shouldn’t see it. It was up to the defence to argue they were not confession notes, which both Myers and Letby attempted to do.
Nobody even knows what weight the jury gave the notes.
They probably showed him Ian the Nazi and Merlot Mark’s version of the note. I’m not even kidding.

He is just a chancer that hopped on board to to grift. His past endeavours show he is spotlight hungry and he has nothing new to actually add.

He really doesn't get it at all. As well as their own the defence has access to all the evidence gathered by the prosecution - whether it's used in court or not. If the defence do not use it they have only themselves to blame.

Dr Hall does come across as more credible than some of the other doctors involved in the defence. I can see why Ben Myers and Mark Mcdonald didn't use him he doesn't appear to be 100% convinced that no babies were deliberately harmed. He can see some flaws in the prosecution case but admits that it is impossible to rule out air embolism and doesn't offer an alternative reason for the insulin poisonings or baby O's liver injury. He says in the Daily mail article that he thinks there are " some unsafe convictions" so he thinks some maybe safe? Oh and he thinks some of the panel of experts claims were wrong!

This is the interview with the couple in the documentary who believe that Letby tried to kill their child. Their story reads scarily like many of the ones we heard during the trial: a baby who collapsed despite being stable and no apparent reason for the collapse found. The baby was transferred to another hospital and the problems ceased. Sadly, he now suffers from unexplained seizures and has been diagnosed with global development delay but there was insufficient evidence to include the case in the trial:

There must be so many other babies who might well have been have her victims and whose lives have been negatively impacted but she will never be brought to account for them. It must be awful for any parents to suspect that their baby's health difficulties or even death might have been due to Letby's actions and that they will never know for sure.
The child us nearly ten so this must have happened autumn 2015, towards the middle of the indictment period. The story that's been told at trial is only half a tale, there was a lot of other deaths and collapses that didn't make it to court. I think there are a lot more air embolism cases but the evidence unfortunately isn't strong enough for a conviction. In what circumstances would it be appropriate to bring a memory box into the room of parents whose baby had been rushed out poorly and are awaiting news. Of course they are going to assume the worst.
Why did Letby bring a memory box? I would like the know the normal protocol for parents recieving memory boxes. I don't think this was appropriate whatsoever. She apparently said that babies who have been poorly receive them. This baby was actually ok though. Just needed some breathing support apparently before suffering 3 unexplained collapses.
And then the laughter, Letby is absolutely unhinged. What is remotely funny about making a the parents of a newborn believe that their baby had died. I just can't comprehend the level of depravity in Letby. She's in a league of her own.
Some other interesting nuggets about the so called expert panel being emailed. They were first contacted by Dr Lee and told about helping a MOJ and how this could be Letbys last chance.
There is no way on earth any of these people could possibly be considered impartial in any way. That's got to be dead in the water. The expert panel are a joke.
That's interesting - is it in the "Conviction" documentary? Neena Modi's pretty much destroyed the panel anyway by agreeing with Dewi that there was air embolism - but this would be another nail in it's coffin.
