I don't understand why Hammond would be on any documentary about the case. Why would you want someone with no involvement in the case whatsoever and wasn't even at the trial? Just because he thinks it's a miscarriage of justice. Well I don't think it is a miscarriage can I be on it too please?

If it wasn't for the fact it features one of the families (and I'm unsure if this refers to a family in the actual trial?) I think I'd be giving it a miss altogether.

The hospital has long been near the bottom end of the CQC and independent surveys though, even in 2016 then 2018/19. I am curious to how it hasnt turned around despite what has happened.
There's big problems in that region - the neighbouring trust Betsi Cadwallader has been under special measures for years - it supplies a lot of COCH patients which might be factor
