This is taken from the original " Unherd" article. Dr Jayaram may have meant, that when Lucy saw him, she called to him to say that the sats have dropped.

According to unherd "It was not until late September that Letby’s former defence team was finally sent the email "

So before the Appeal for the Baby K conviction - but it was not used by the defence in the hearing on 24th October.

Of course we can't know why it wasn't used because once again this falls under the convenient umbrella of being covered by privilege that Letby has not waived. But this can be added to the long list of evidence that is not new.

When will people realise they are being manipulated by a serial murderer of babies?

The email has now been published. Shockingly they were 19 babies she was accused of harming that survived! And yet another twin with the air embolism rash!

And here it is. No surprise that the Court of Appeal knew all about this. Another time waster of an article.

'The email was disclosed to the prosecution, Letby's defence team and the judges at the Court of Appeal before her application to appeal her conviction in relation to Baby K.

'There is no material contradiction between the email and Dr Jayaram's evidence, so it was deemed irrelevant.'

Lucy never said she called for help. She said she had wait for the baby to selfcorrect or she wasn't there.

At some point Lucy must have noticed Dr Jayaram was there and started talking to him.

it is unclear whether Mr McDonald was aware the document had been dismissed by appeal judges. Dr Jayaram declined to comment. Mr McDonald was unavailable for comment.
what a surprise!

re. the Jayaram email

The latest crazy theory from the Letby supporters is that Ben Myers KC deliberately chose not use this at Baby K's Court of Appeal so it could be kept back for the CCRC application so that it could then go back to....... the Court of Appeal.

Okaaaaaaaay...

The email is dated 4th May 2017. When baby K incident was February 2016. So if he is sending an email about it then it’s probably to do with his suspicion. We’ve got zero context on the rest of the email which is rather convenient. Can anyone remember off the top of their head when Dr J raised this incident with the execs? It feels around the same time.
Dr Oliver has put on X, a reference from the Thirlwall inquiry, saying Dr Jayaram first raised the issue with Susan Hodgkinson in March 2017

I think this is why it’s pretty insignificant. He had already informed an exec, who also has given evidence, that he walked in on Letby doing nothing. For him to write an email two months saying Letby called him would most likely be explained as either a missing word typo or some other context that’s missing.

They have said at least a year longer if further charges are brought.
So she won’t be out on Easter sitting at home scoffing Mini Eggs then like some of her bat tit crazy cult thought she would be? 🤔

I think it could take years because the double jeopardy podcast said the prosecution are given a right to respond to the CCRC too, so there will be SO much evidence for CCRC to go through. When you consider the length of the police investigation, the length of the trial, and that their “new evidence” is for every single baby. they will need to read trial transcripts to see what oral evidence the witnesses gave and what questions Myers put before them.

I watched the channel 4 show called barristers last night. Made me realise how much work this case involves. They must have a whole army of a legal team !

the Easter idea came from Mark McDonald himself - when he said he was going to the Court of Appeal - which in the end never happened
