Inside the minds of Lucy Letby supporters who dream about her ‘restraining’ them
I’m so pleased stuff like this is being highlighted. It might make some people think twice about who and what they are supporting. We know Gill in particular has been quite central and well known for the innocence narrative since the trial started and people see him as an ‘expert statistician’ yet there he is in he article, talking about pilgrimages from Holland to Chester on behalf of Letby. He’s a great example that ‘experts’ can have bleeping weird motives and are not automatically impartial because they are an expert in their field.

Oh look, more drip feeding of stories to the press from the usual crowd. Must be true then.

I saw this on X, Dr Jayaram apparently wrote in an email that Letby called him to baby K to say her oxygen sats had dropped. Its strange because the email extract is written in the third person. Suggesting it has been para phased or its a second hand account.
The email is dated 4th May 2017. When baby K incident was February 2016. So if he is sending an email about it then it’s probably to do with his suspicion. We’ve got zero context on the rest of the email which is rather convenient. Can anyone remember off the top of their head when Dr J raised this incident with the execs? It feels around the same time.

Oh here we go again. They are already saying this is going to free the baby killer.

There was 3 desaturations, so who is to say if it wasn't one of the other 2?

We know Letby called for help for at least 1 desaturation. A nurse testified to this at the retrial.

So the email contains extracts from a first draft of a report they were working on. So that's why it's written in the third person. Only the extract from the report has been released not what Dr Jayaram actually commented on.

Funny isn’t it, this new bombshell evidence that should see the immediate release of precious Nurse Letby has not been mentioned once by McDick - and he had two press conferences and multiple media appearances to do so. It’s like he isn’t even sold on it 😂

This is going to be the way from now on. Repeated "bombshells" about details of which the defence will have been well aware.

It's described as "bombshell" and front page news but I was glad to see the Sky News Review people didn't give it a mention.
