There is apparently two reports one is about the insulin poisonings and the other Shoo Lee’s report. I'm a bit confused with the time line is this the application he said he was about to make in December?

yeah I wondered about this - there was also stuff about Dewi changing his mind, being biased and writing a new report. Unless he just didn't mention it today these don't seem to be part of the CCRC submission.

Wasn't December the Dimitrova report about Dr Steve killing a baby? That seems to have been forgotten now. So she doesn't miss out on the glory I think Dimitrova is part of the new insulin report - and I think she was also involved in the insulin report that was refused at the Court of Appeal last year.

I think her report about baby O and P are being submitted to the CCRC, even though they are different to Shoo Lee’s report.

Also her barrister says he is submitting a separate report of 689 ( I think I remember correctly but near enough) pages of the 14 experts.

McDonald also says he's handing to the CCRC a separate 698 page report by 14 other experts which found no deliberate harm was caused. He's stating "fresh evidence".

I would be surprised if he doesn’t.

he hasn't said much about Ben Geen since he submitted his application in 2023

That report is all about the insulin tests.

Without doxing myself, her solicitor was just being interviewed by press outside one of the buildings attached to my work (not my building) and he has apparently submitted the appeal but I haven’t searched anything to see if that’s actually correct, was just what someone else said etc

Dr Neil Aiton - who complained to the GMC about Dewi Evans before he'd seen any clinical records

Dr Richard Taylor - who said at the December press conference that he thought Letby was innocent as soon as he heard about the case

Professor Alan Wayne Jones - from the New Yorker article - also an advocate for Colin Norris

I bet McDonald wanted a press conference for all of this but the recent backlash for turning it into a publicity stunt has prevented it. Hand delivering the reports will have to do!
