I've googled this man and it appears he makes public his opinions on a lot of different issues on a regular basis. He can't possibly know everything about the evidence and trial so it seems very irresponsible to make these claims, especially from a former Supreme High Court Judge. He has form for being a vile contrarian

I bet they are all getting a few quid for repeating this bullThere is no interest in media articles stating she's guilty but great interest in her being a victim of a MoJ. I keep reading these "Letby is definitely innocent" articles but they don't say much and just recap the case.
I would say any charges related to the case (i.e. Letby herself and the CoCH execs) won't come before the Thirlwall report is published. If it comes out while cases are waiting for trial the publicity around it could be portrayed by a defence as prejudicial.Do we think the police are going to press new charges anytime soon?
The newspapers have been looking for a replacement for Myra Hindley ever since she died.Sadly letby makes money for newspapers.
I wonder if this is just a rehash of Letby's Appeal last year - "the jury were wrongly directed on evidence relating to the persistence of insulin in the bloodstream". In the same way that Dr Lee's new evidence is just a repackage of his Court of Appeal evidence.Right so David Rose has published the insulin/ c peptide failed calibration on X. If you look at the right hand column it says the results should be within 25% which they actually were! Suggesting the third set of results aren't correct.
The maths isn't that hard, even for doctors...Dr Susan Oliver explains it better here. She believes the unherd article is based on incorrect information.
This is what I'm finding so frustrating: all the lying. The campaign to free Letby has hit the point where documents are being forged and medical history tampered with just to keep the narrative going.
It seems so pointless. It would all fall apart under scrutiny and what none of them ever mention is that the tests were requested because the babies were hypoglycaemicDr Susan Oliver explains it better here. She believes the unherd article is based on incorrect information.
