Mark Mcdonald is relying on nobody looking past the term "experts" and analysing what is actually in the report.

I feel so sorry for the families. They have had years of investigation, trials and the media interest in the inquiry - now is the time for them to be able to move on, but the relentless MSM trying to make out their child's murderer is a MoJ makes this impossible.

Brilliant. Been waiting for her to do a video on the insulin poisonings. It's been doing my head in the way the Letbyist try and make out the babies weren't poisoned when they obviously were. Think I might waste too much time trying to understand their loopy arguments.

Guilty people claim they have done nothing wrong all the time. They claim they are innocent when they are under oath, even. It means nothing.

Innocent people don’t go around writing ‘I killed them on purpose’. Or any of the other sinister things she wrote.

Let me catch my breath from sprinting directly to this thread! We’ve been wondering if this would be a possibility and now here we are. God bless the police for this. Even if it doesn’t result in convictions it’s so satisfying to know they will be sweating over it. To know that people actually SEE them for what they are and that we understand what they have done by defending, befriending and enabling this pos. I just knew the braindeads would jump to the wrong conclusion and think this is to exonerate Letby and place the blame on hospital failings even though the police statement explicitly says it’s about not stopping her sooner.

Interest in the case is not to be confused for support. Letby's support is tiny and what there is lacks any genuine commitment. Seems barely 50 turned up to protest at Thirlwall and by their own admission even they only stayed an hour before going to Wetherspoons. At the House of Commons the chamber was almost empty for the debate. The online petitions have similar number of signatures to protests about village hall closures, zebra crossings, etc.

However serial killers are always news (the Yorkshire Ripper made headlines for decades after his conviction) and there is a core group of journalists making a living out of Letby stories. There is no story in "Letby still guilty and in prison".

Please stop the inquiry even though we haven’t even done a full application to the CCRC yet.

We have all this evidence but we’ve not submitted it yet, but when we do CCRC will decide quickly in our favour because it’s so compelling. Even though it’s taken us months to make it up.

People still falling for this bullshit? Even if a CCRC application was grounds to stop the inquiry, they haven’t even bloody done it yet!

Yes it’s lovely and quiet finally isn’t it? Wonder how long it will last because they won’t like people forgetting about it. It must be hard for the families not knowing when the next stunt will take place.

Meanwhile though we get on with our lives and Letby is still locked up forever. As it should be.

How can McDick assert with such confidence that this is *new* evidence when he has no fucking idea what evidence his client had at the original trial because she won’t let him find out.

Why would someone innocent withhold information from her own bloody lawyer.

She hasn’t even had to do any work on this. She had the early ‘she’s innocent’ adopters fight her corner from the start and if Sarrita is to believed then Dimitrova got McDick involved and we all know how much he loves a CCRC / healthcare serial killer case. She can just sit back, let everyone else do the work and watch the show. She must be laughing at them surely?!

I agree if you were innocent you would want your new lawyer to know everything, to pick apart everything that happened with your original defence and see what errors of law may have taken place or what gaps in evidence there were for the defence. I wonder if McDick even knows the names of every expert Myers consulted.
