Either they didn’t see the records or they had the records and still made lots of mistakes. Including when and where babies died.
Does Mark McDonald have permission to give the babies’ X-rays and medical records to random nurses in Canada and engineers? Did Dr Taylor, (the star of the first conference) see the medical records before he claimed, in front of cameras and an audience of Press, that Dr B had killed baby O with a needle? Because his brother is telling people on X that Dr Taylor had never seen them. Why are the Taste the Difference Experts any different?

I don't have the stomach to read much into this case. But have they explained how Letby was alone long enough to keep making the murder attempts?

Normally there's a bunch of nurses looking after different babies on these units and they're open planned.
