I definitely think there are going to be more charges against her in the future. That would put a spanner in the works for the freaks wouldn’t it?

I kind of hope not and hope so.
Hope not because I don't want to think of any more babies being harmed.
Hope so because if there is evidence that more have been, I damn well want her nailing for it.

This gathering of the unwashed has worked. Just seen Letby in Matalan buying some beige full briefs. Well done crusties 🥳

This is the bit that will have them sweating. They were told there were suspicions that she was deliberately harming babies. I think it will boil down to the timeline of when the concerns were documented vs when she was moved. Also if anyone presented with the concerns and evidence available at the time would be reasonably expected to act on those concerns, I’m not sure whether that would be expected to be in their professional capacity (probably a civil matter) or to go to the police. As someone has pointed out, there was no conviction for baby Q so saying you would personally take responsibility for any problems probably couldn’t be considered. I’m not saying any names as I read that they aren’t releasing names just yet in case there’s a trial, but everyone involved is already in the public domain anyway.

Hi guys, sorry for chipping in both three days and many months late, but it's so striking put like this isn't it! Just thinking of the service where I work, and how quickly people have been moved for much more minor things (e.g. interpersonal issues).

How scared of, or beholden to, (or in love with) Lucy and/or her parents must they have been to have taken so long to act?

And thank you for the links to Susan Oliver's videos. My usually sensible partner was completely taken in by the press conference (and he works in a hospital) - telling me a doctor harmed a baby and scapegoated Letby, telling me about plumbing problems etc.

I've tried to point out - if one of the doctors harmed a baby either deliberately or accidentally - WHY would they go to the police when no one else was doing anything about it??

And so many hospitals are poorly run/understaffed/infection control/plumbing issues etc - how come only this one had a spate of baby deaths.?

I'm going to share these videos and links with him as they explain better than I can.

Thank you all for saving my sanity!

Why do they say she's a whistleblower? Even in their own narrative of events, in what way did she "blow the whistle"?

(I mean, other than in Cockington . . .)

They're not doing her any favours with that massive poster with the mask. Looks like something out of a horror film.

It's a shame no one sensible is live reporting today. I can only find Crapton from the Telegraph.
