Yes. Absolutely. That's why a months- long enquiry hearing from all the senior management showed that they all actually ran around in circles after Lucy and her parents and tried to get the doctors who raised concerns moved from their jobs... go away and read the Thirlwall enquiry evidence and the threads from that time, then see if you think the senior management threw her under the bus.

Knocks you sick doesn't it. She will be so chuffed knowing how many people she has hoodwinked. He parents will be over the moon. Its like she had been vindicated.

I just need to keep telling myself how utterly fucking ridiculous these untested theories are. If there was some honest to god, new evidence that blows everything out of the water, I would be all ears. But it's not, it's absolute horseshit. I just can't fathom how these people think they can get away with this. The theories can be pulled apart in two minutes by anyone that followed the case.

It's amazing all these people who think she's innocent. Hardly any of them followed the trial, or the appeals but all of them have been hoodwinked by Lees shoddy research which simply won't stack up in a court of law. It's not even been peer reviewed. It's madness how gullible people are.

Does he think a panel of hand picked experts chosen to find Letby innocent is going to cancel out two trials, 10 months of prosecution evidence and the testimonies of the people that were actually there, like the parents and the consultants. The absolute gall of this man.

In a way I hope it goes back to appeal because BNE is going to have an absolute field day with this bunch of charlatans

I find it crazy all these nurses on Tiktok in the comments defending her. Spouting how they were also made a scapegoat whilst working for the NHS and how it looks like management did the same with LL. Maybe they should read up on the Thirlwall enquiry and see how much management did to protect her!!

Or the amount of nurse saying it was common to "accidentally" take hand overs home after your shift. It maybe be understandable taking one home by mistake but 257 is no accident

I came on here before to post theories and was shot down and blocked by the thread author. I’m not sticking around to derail the obvious bias that is on show here, I wouldn’t want to disrupt your party…. but yes I will certainly be back when all opinions can be fully heard without being bundled on, when people like me are no longer called morons and the passive aggressive laughing emojis stop. Yes, how dare we not believe the twice convicted murderer after 10 months plus trial/s, after following the case for literal years, after actually reading, absorbing and discussing all available evidence and then doing the same with the enquiry that was solely about this individual and their crimes?
But yes, shame on us for sticking to our own beliefs that she is in fact guilty of it all and have little tolerance for those who come on here and spout unverified bullshit on a fucking hunch backed by nothing.

It's been on the main BBC 6 o'clock news. A panel of 14 international experts cast doubt on her guilt. New evidence - what new evidence. It's being reported with so much bias in favour of her innocence. I wonder what Cheshire police must think after years of investigating her. What must Ben Myers be thinking, it doesn't make him look good when a third rate barrister is able to find these supposed international experts to support her claim of innocence when he could only find a plumber who didn't actually help her case.

The general public seem to think this was a panel of experts reviewing all the medical evidence to see if babies had been deliberately harmed. It wasn't. The panel was set up to find alternative reasons to give to the CCRC. Compelling medical evidence has been disregarded and replaced with theories that aren't backed up.

It’s excellent. They go through what was said at the press conference and compare with what was heard at trial. So it becomes glaringly obvious that almost all of it was already considered by the jury and is far from “new evidence”. The only thing that is “new” is the invention of birth injuries for the triplets. The only evidence for this seems to be that their elective c section births were a minute after one another which I imagine is fairly typical? They don’t have a cup of tea in between getting each baby out? Maybe we have some twin mums to let us know their thoughts.

I do think her time on the stand would be a massive, massive part of the juries decision. Look how many people on this thread alone changed their minds once she started giving evidence.

The problem for the Truthers is they can’t see that we hold more than one element of the case in our minds at a time. So you point out her lies about her nightie, her boyfriend, her shower dildo, her social isolation, her shredder, her lack of knowledge about air embolism as a band 5 nurse, her hoarding medical records under the bed and their response is “tHaT isn’T pRooF”
No dumb dumbs it’s the above combined with, healthy 34 week babies dead within hours of her return, clear cut poisoning twice, throat injuries, unexplained bleeding, completely unexpected and medically unexplained cardiac arrests, tiny bodies filled with air, her ghoulish behaviour..much more.
They can’t look at the big picture. Bless them.

Interesting witness statement went online at Thirlwall yesterday from Dr Yoxall in Liverpool

When the police contacted LWH to inform us of Lucy Letby's arrest in 2018 and
informed us that she had worked in the NICU at LWH, I was tasked with reviewing all of
the neonatal deaths that had occurred at LWH during those periods as well as the case
notes for all of the babies who had been cared for in our intensive care nurseries.
Following those reviews, I developed some suspicions and concerns about the care that
the babies in Lucy Letby's care had received. I have made those concerns known to the
police and made a series of statements in relation to those incidents. I understand that
those matters are still under police investigation

The whole note being on the "advice of a therapist" why wasn't this mentioned in the defence then ? I'll tell you why, because it wasn't on the advice of the therapist, surely she'd want her therapist to take the stand to back her up. Considering she was such a paper "hoarder" she only ever seemed to hoard things relating to her job, over 200 handover sheets, nevermind fishing out baby notes from the confidential wastebin !!!
the proven facts of her texting constantly, so much so that the time stamps on her messages and the baby feed chart show she could not have fed at the usual flow rate whilst sending all of these messages.
The list goes on. It's funny how the ringleaders of her cult are the biggest contrarians going, needing to go against the grain any which way possible in order to get attention.

Absolutely, it’s utter bollocks. As a healthcare professional registered with the HCPC, I will provide a detailed post/my thoughts on this later. However today, I intend to analyse/review Shoo Lee’s shoddy December paper and submit a formal complaint to the Canadian Institutes of Health Research as they provided grants (if needs be). Lovely way to spend my day off

The panel of experts have discarded 99% of the evidence and then tried to explain the rest away with their untried theories. So it looks like their is no evidence.
Baby E wasn't included at all ( interestingly he was also left out of the New Yorker) so his unexplained bleed and his mum's testiomy was left out. He wasn't mentioned so the fact that his twin was poisoned after he was murdered wasn't mentioned either.
Baby L ( who was a twin and poisoned with insulin) while his attacked brother nearly died wasn't mentioned by the panel of experts as they don't want to draw attention to the fact Letby liked attacking multiples.
Baby P wasn't included as its very hard to explain why he died just after his brother. The " seeing in the dark" incident was ignored for baby I. All of the pathologist and radiologist evidence was left out as if it didn't exist.

Baby E’s mother’s testimony is a big problem for them. Their only argument seems to be the phone records must have been an hour out. Shame Myers didn’t think of that.
