Live link, doesn't seem to have found new evidence yet. Just attacking Dewi.
---
His friend from the documentary is saying baby O died due to the resuscitation. Baby C died due to failing placenta. Poor parents.
---
They want to bypas the CCRC and go straight to the COA, they admit the evidence is not new.

What an absolute hole this man is. He is basically just a shameless attention seeker. Is there actually any new takeaways here other than the fact he wants another go at the court of appeal.

How dare he mention the families like that as well. They deserve a final resolution he's says.
What the actual duck. He doesn't speak for them. They already have a final resolution. Who does he think he is.

Baby O and P, were over 2kg, 34 weeks and being fed milk in nursery two when Letby found them. There was no natural cause for their collapses found. Noticed the insulin babies were ignored. They attacked Dewi Evans but ignored the other medical expert witnesses.

saying they should be 'unable to sleep at night'
Medical expert Dr Richard Taylor is speaking.
He says he has read a report on Baby O, and the baby was "doing reasonably well" before an apnoea, when medical staff placed the baby in an incubator and gave them a ventilator.
"The baby was not unwell, particularly" but was put on "very high-pressure settings" in the ventilator which was "inappropriate".
The pressure settings "were so high that the liver was pushed right down into the pelvis", says Dr Taylor.

One of the doctors responded to concerns about the baby having a distended abdomen by "placing a needle into the abdomen" to aspirate it on the right side.
"The needle perforated the liver. The baby was still being ventilated with the needle in the liver. The liver was now being lacerated by the needle. This led to bleeding... into the abdomen. The baby went into shock."
Dr Taylor says: "They were unable to resuscitate the baby, partly because they didn't realise what they'd done."
He continues: "The doctor knows who they are. I have to say from a personal point of view that if this had happened to me, I would be unable to sleep at night knowing that what I had done had led to the death of a baby and now there is a nurse in jail convicted of murder."

How can the liver be pushed down in the pelvis? What would happen to all the other organs? Why wouldn't more damage be seen in the post mortem? Why did both babies collapse and die? Doesn't make sense

Seems they've got nothing. Going after Dewi over Baby C - but the prosecution told the jury they could disregard his evidence.

Wow, that's some reach. So this hole can just freely accuse one of the drs of killing a baby and get away with it. Like what makes his theory more likely than the evidence that was put forward by multiple experts in the trial.

Like, is there potentially 50 different medical explanations that one could pull from a hat however unlikely.

He knows it’s very unlikely the court of appeal will look at this. So he’s hoping the press conference and revealing their ‘fresh/not fresh’ evidence will stir up enough discourse from the general public that it will put pressure on the judges to make an exception (I don’t know if they have any legal discretion to even do so.)

However I really can’t see it reopening the case at all. Are convicted criminals allowed to just keep finding new experts with new opinions in the hope eventually it will be enough? Because this is all this is.

And it’s also only about babies C and O. Whilst all these other experts work on further reports for the other babies. So what’s the plan here..to do it piecemeal, repeated press conferences on a couple of babies at a time so it is constant pressure on the courts and keep the public engaged with them? Because if they disappeared for a year and waited until they had completed all reports on all babies, most of the public wouldn’t be giving Letby a second thought anymore.

This is nothing but a PR exercise. A sick one and I’m absolutely furious for the families.

So this doctor says the baby was not " particularly unwell" yet the wiki says otherwise.

So this Dr Richard Taylor is now repeating Sarrita Adams Cr*p about the blood glucose being 999 when it actually 1.3. This was discussed here months ago and found to be a place marker. The Royal Liverpool didn't test the glucose level the Countess of Chester did that test. So angry for the families.

Doesn't sound like this Dr Taylor has been formally instructed. Just another elderly male Letby groupie they've found.
