Thank you for doing the lords work - reporting back AND arguing with NGs 🤣🤣
Reporting for duty 🫡

There must be a strong case for the triplets. There is also Baby N attempted murder conviction in June 2016 so I don’t know if there is another charge that could be applied. The other babies after May 2016 were no verdicts which is frustrating.

Poor you having to deal with Letby’s creeps! Do you think he’s one of the Twitter lot? I’ve not been on to see if any of them have said they attended. No doubt they still believe the Hopsital scapegoated Letby despite 3 months of evidence the hospital did everything to protect her instead.
I don't know about a Twitter acct, but I have just found his youtube channel. I'm fkn *raging* that I was polite to him (until I found out he was NG 🤣). Honestly, going to the criminal trials and then the Inquiry, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ve never met a single fan who can debate and speak about LL like a rational human being. It’s like the NG crew all been sent from the same bizarre, alternate universe 😵💫🤯 They're behaviour makes me sick with rage 😵💫 x

The long winded answer followed by ‘but my question was…’ then a short answer reminded me they said on one of the podcasts that he took ten minutes to answer one question.

Actually just found it 😂

Sure you’re not interested🤣? He’s got a bright red room with a bare bulb. And he’s managed to get 925 subscribers in over 11 years on YouTube! That’s 84 weirdos people a year- big time!
Is he in the same rat infested house share as Creepy Chris? Why are they all so weird 😅

Must have been frustrating. So this guy believes she was set up by the consultants, who planted evidence which took ages to find. Meanwhile the consultants' concerns were being ignored and they were being threatened with GMC because there wasn't enough evidence. Not very logical.

God, TC comes across terribly in the podcast clips of him speaking. His voice positively drips with arrogance. When he chuckled while saying "putting patients first". How can he sit there and behave like that?

This is Dr V I think. Awful for the baby and family if true but why would this ever be brought up in Letby’s trial? It’s completely unrelated.

That is interesting. It does highlight the drs v nurses angle more. This section is telling:

"When Lucy Letby was first accused by the 'Gang of Four' of being a baby killer in 2016, before she was charged by the police, she launched a grievance procedure against some of her accusers.
During that process, hospital managers interviewed Eirian Powell, the neonatal unit's manager.
I have obtained a transcript of that interview. One telling passage reads as follows: 'Powell: 'Doctor B accidentally killed a baby once. Insulation [sic – I believe this is a typo and the word actually used was 'intubation'] is very difficult. Nursing staff were supportive. There was evidence in that case but yet Dr B was not suspended. And now, SB [Dr Stephen Brearey] has 'gut instinct' and wants LL suspended
.''

So part of why EP didn't want LL suspended because that Dr wasn't suspended.

Was Dr V the dr for babies E and F? Would LL use the knowledge of what had happened with this Dr to try and deflect any blame on to the Dr?

It has been mentioned before that a baby died when the breathing tube was accidentally placed into the baby's stomach. So this isn't completely new information. It happened before June 2015.

Why can’t they see two things be true though? That a consultant made a tragic mistake that resulted in the death of a baby and also that Letby was a killer.

A consultant making a mistake (that was identified so therefore explained vs unexpected and unexplained!) doesn’t somehow prove that Letby is innocent. It doesn’t mean Dr V is liar and not a credible witness. Dr V was not struck off as a result of the mistake either.

The truthers have such simple brains it’s scary.

I would be more interested to know when exactly this was and whether this was almost like a lightbulb moment for her and she thought “oh I can actually do that to cause death”…

But regardless of anything else, 2 things can absolutely be true a once and I think a lot of people forget this

This information would have been readily available to the defence. They make it sound like it was withheld in some way.

Honestly the number of cretins who think they know better than Ben Myers on how to present a criminal defence.

No Dr ZA was the consultant involved with Baby E and F. Dr V was present for baby P and one of the so called "gang of 4"

If John Sweeney believes that the defence should have brought this tragic case up during the trial. Then the prosecution should have disclosed evidence of Letbys own malpractice where she nearly killed a baby by administering 10 times the dosage of morphine required.
---
I see John Sweeney's grift isn't going well
