Surely they meant she’s her parents only child ? because that was her whole identity?
Somebody’s probably described her as a single child because she was being treated like a 12 year old.
Definitely an error. She said herself I'll never marry or have children.
It’s definitely an error I think as it would have come out in court etc and I’d have expected huge involvement from child protection services. It says a lot about the hospital that such errors appear in official minutes
