I didn’t know that she shouldn’t have even had a grievance due to whistleblowing.

I did notice her parents statement said Lucy was reluctant to put in a grievance. Why would you be reluctant if you were innocent? I wonder if she didn’t want to draw attention to anything and was being told by others she should do it and she had to go along with it to play at being innocent.

Anyone else notice her own dad called her inexperienced?

Just what is it about this beige beast that has all her managers, her union rep and the chair overseeing the grievance process licking her a and grovelling to her and her weirdo helicopter parents? These transcripts are infuriating and make me want to smack them all round the head for being so partial to Letby that they think SB accused her of killing babies because she wouldn’t let him bag her!

Interesting that Hayley Cooper said she had to accompany Lucy to the meeting, as she didn't trust anyone in the organisation. What about Dr Noname, Janet Cox and Bergerac? It's another example of " Poor Lucy" with just the one person who she can trust.

Her dad seemed to be under the impression that Lucy was being given full responsibility for the very sickest babies. This was not true they were often very stable before she got her hands on them. There was a deliberate move to give her the weller babies to give her a break from ICU care.

Does anyone have any tips for making reading the transcripts easier on your phone? I download a copy so the webpage doesn’t keep reloading and losing my place but I’m doing a lot of zoom in, and right and left scrolling because of the way it’s laid out! It definitely puts me off reading them. Just wondering if I’m missing any tricks.

I don’t have any tips either and have to keep having breaks from reading and just write my page number down that I get to in my notes

it does still take you back to page 1 sometimes but nowhere near as often.

I’ve started searching for key words I’m most interested in, like I checked Chris Green and insulin/stock but it’s not mentioned so they can’t have asked him about it. Maybe it was someone else’s responsibility.

That string of Whatsapp Messages between Letby and the Union Rep sound suspiciously like the union Rep is trying desperately to get a close look at Lucyfer's tuppence and Lucyfer is playing her like a violin. Rather the way she did with Dr Dreamy but with less fey virgin and more saucy minx involved.

The "jokes" about getting away with murder & possible targets for it are heinous. I mean seriously - what the actual cunting blue duck?
They very much remind me of coded letters between Brady & Hindley as they awaited trial. where they suggested kidnapping Lesley's brother and throwing acid on her mum.

It's grossly inappropriate in so many ways. Sending the crazed witch flowers and champagne. Talking about needing an extra slice of her cake. Kiss kiss. Hugs and kitten snuggles.

If you’re reading them in portrait mode try landscape mode. I find that works for me

Can I just say I love how punctual they all are and if Lady Thirlwall says “we’ll break now and see you at 5 to 2”... if it’s 1:57 when they come back she says “sorry to keep you all waiting”
such a difference from the trial “we’re breaking for lunch”.. “ahh duck it actually, see you in like 4 days”

Im a bit behind so forgive me if I’m wrong but I’m just struggling to understand the situation and how it was handled altogether. Consultants (and others- hence calling her “nurse death” etc) had legitimate concerns she was harming patients but nobody thought to report the concerns to NMC or suspend her. The people charged with managing her treated her like she was their best mate who’d essentially been sexually harassed by SB and no-name still trying to get in her beige briefs by arranging placements, someone else thought it okay for her to do a neonatal course while the police were worried about her having any patient contact. If they had gone to NMC they would likely have placed either interim suspension order or at least conditions of practice which would have alerted anyone employing/training her, also they would do their own investigation. Why was she untouchable? Frightened of unfair dismissal? She threatened to harm herself? Because of her parents making a stink?! I don’t get it. Most times if you are accused of even stealing paracetamol you would be had up by NMC so I don’t understand what has happened here I really don’t.
