Loving this little take down of Letby and her amazing skills and experience. A very good rebuttal to the truthers argument that she was so super experienced and qualified so she was always given the “sickest babies”.

Who are they grilling here? Is it Eirian?
This is Karen Rees💖💖++++
---
This is quite incredible. Karen Rees almost immediately after directly hearing from Dr RJ and Dr SB that they suspected deliberate harm, jumped to the conclusion that both these doctors must have had a personal agenda against Letby and even that she’d rejected their advances. Staggering. So she was willing to investigate some kind of soap opera goings on but took Eirian Powell’s general wafflings about transport and causes of deaths for the babies as concrete that nothing untoward was happening.
These people are so bleeping inept and disappointing. So disappointed in them as women I must say! Like they just jumped to “imagine if this poor girl was your daughter” than doing their actual bleeping jobs.

I keep screenshotting more and more things from Rees testimony but honestly it’s just the whole thing at this point! She’s getting a good grilling and I’ve not even got to the family lawyers yet who tend to go straight for the jugular 🥰

That’s a low blow even for her. These consultants think she’s deliberately harming babies so what is the first thing she thinks of “they must have tried it on and she rejected them” I could possibly buy her thought process if they’d said she was a tit nurse but to say deliberate harm…that’s on another level completely. wtf

Two pages of the Sue Hodkinson to Letby, summarising meetings that took place between 10 January 2017 until 30 March 2017.
Astonishing stuff.
Something else I find weird, at the meeting on 17 January it was made clear that Letby was a Trust member of staff and the onus was to correspond with Letby and not her parents. This was reiterated 2 or 3 times. She clearly was digging her heels in for things to go through her dad. She was around 25 years of age, living in her own home 100 miles from her parents, she was behaving like a schoolgirl.

They were literally meeting with letby every week and feeding her information regarding the reviews. Keeping in mind that they didn’t even let the consultants see them without heavy redactions. In fact Letby’s bleeping parents were better informed about those reviews. And of course they’re neglecting that they suggested there should indeed be a forensic look into it all. It’s crazy.

Omg “elderly parents”. Who bleeping cares? Her mum isn’t that old is she?! What the duck has that got to do with anything. Why would any member of senior staff consider her bleeping parents for even a second!! If she was that fussed about her bleeping elderly parents she’d have lived near them wouldn’t she and not made her dad drive her back and forth. She’d have not been clearly slagging them off to Alison Ventress either. She moved away from them ffs.

I'm not making any excuses for KR or any of them but Letby really was playing them all like a fiddle, wasn't she, the manipulative witch? Crying and carrying on when it suited but angrily, persistently demanding four apologies from the consultants ('collective' just wouldn't do!), wheeling in her parents to lay on the agony, etc. Arch manipulators are very, very clever at what they do and they were clearly no match for her. It clearly became all about LL, from the nursing team right up to the execs and definitely not about the dead and dying babies.

I really don’t get the parents coming in how much of a curly hot dog 💩 must you look to your colleagues like. Must be used to them talking her out of situations but as a grown adult that’s capable of full time employment and living alone speak for yourself. They’re all gross 🤢

Also is Janet that’s listed for today Janet the pal?

Eughhh … that so called “ apology “ from Rees is disgraceful.
She’s so thick and inarticulate.

Going to try and explain myself clearly here but probably won’t.. you know Liz Hull did that article recently about these random other deaths nobody had heard about.. aren’t the numbers and causes of death Liz Hull writes about a match for chief pathologist and consultant and resident massive thicko Eirian Powell’s ones she gives to the indictment babies in her review she did? I personally think so!

If this was a fictional drama on TV people would say it was too far fetched and clearly written by someone who’s never worked in a hospital. Do all hospitals have this kind of nonsense bubbling away behind the scenes?
Perhaps not involving murder, but absolutely regarding doctors v nurses, nurses v HCAs and absolutely everyone against hospital admin 😂

New favourite thread moment 😂
