Sorry, it was Liverpool Women's, you're right. It's the same situation as at Alder Hey, though. They also provide tertiary healthcare services and have a catchment area for placements that covers Edge Hill, LJMU, and Chester.

Yesterday’s documents are astonishing. Why were they all so caught up in protecting LL with her unhinged behaviour? Even for those who thought she hadn’t done anything wrong, it literally would have been easier for them to sack her and take the hit at tribunal, if found to be unfair dismissal. She must have threatened to kill herself and they didn’t want the press.
If this was a fictional drama on TV people would say it was too far fetched and clearly written by someone who’s never worked in a hospital. Do all hospitals have this kind of nonsense bubbling away behind the scenes?

I can't believe these nurses.
I can sort of get my head around them not believing it, having a dr v nurses thing going on and them having their own bias that LL is a good nurse. But to start actively supporting her and being friends with her after she's been accused of murdering babies!? Absolutely mental!
With any luck their careers will be over after this.

Wow. She made no mention of the babies or families in her statements so he made her do it there and then. I think I’m in love! I would have died of shame there and then if I were her.
You'd have to, wouldn't you? Otherwise how could you live with yourself knowing that you'd enabled a murderer on your watch.
Lucy’s parents! Ugh!
The consultants got it from all angles didn't they! Threats to their jobs from up high and constant verbals and drama with an enormous helping of passive aggression from Rees and her cronies.
Some Lucy could raise some sort of army, the little tiny babies she murdered weren’t important any more, it was all about Lucy’s welfare.
blind loyalty from her parents is kind of expected, but these high up colleagues who had evidence right in front of them? Lucy has a good Sad Face I guess.
Lucy’s goal at that point was to exonerate herself and get herself back in the position of being able to continue her ‘work’ garnering sympathy and attention by secretly harming babies.
I still feel there is a lot of harm to babies unaccounted for that has slipped under the radar. Lucy would not just have killed babies without testing the waters and boundaries.
shame on those who could have intercepted Lucy earlier.
and shame an expensive enquiry is necessary, what agony for the victims’ families and loved ones, and what attention for smug Sad Face Lucy in jail.
