I’m in a complaint writing mood this week, already sent one off to the council today! I don’t know if I’m just irritable after being ill but I’m rolling with it because it’s making me productive

The key word there Tof is ‘may’. They were very quick to get back and say they would correct the article tbf.

I wonder who recorded the gastro bleed at 22.10 because Letby told mum the bleeding was caused by the tube rubbing the baby's throat. If Letby recorded this then it proves she was lying to mum about what caused the bleed. The fact that mum independently investigated the time of her phone call to her husband prior to police involvement I think shows her memory is excellent and she has not made a mistake about the time of 9.00 pm.
Dr Harkness made the 10.10pm note. But he recorded he was called over due to vomit at 10pm and the bile-stained aspirate was 30 mins prior.
Letby also adds notes saying mum arrived at 10pm. She basically shifted the timeline by an hour. But both Harkness and Letby’s notes support that he was definitely called after mum had been.
Unfortunately for Letby, not only does mum (for very sad reasons) remember this event so clearly, her testimony is backed up by phone records. That 9.11pm phone call is everything. Her husband also supports that she called worried about the blood.
Oh and the other critical piece of evidence is the feeding charts showing milk feed omitted at 9pm - the reason mum said she went down at 9pm was because it was for the milk feed. It proves baby was due milk at 9pm.
I think these 8-9pm notes are all false too. I think the 8pm note was written after baby E died!
Honestly this was always the rock solid case for me. I don’t know how anyone can ignore this unless they have some other agenda or just don’t understand it. To believe Letby’s version, you have to believe… the call log was wrong? Oh wait…
The fact that this thing is trying to get another appeal just shows how vile and twisted she is. All she’s doing it for is to cause grieving parents more heartache. Her pathetic supporters are just as vile as her
Why would a nurse after a baby had died, make a retrospective note to say the mum had been there at a certain time? Surely that would have been forgotten in the heartbreaking events. Attending to care usually means nappy changing.
Absolutely agree @tay65 and @Tofino it was always rock solid. People still insist it could just be that Mother E has got her times wrong but it was always a case of Letby saying that whole incident with Mum trying to comfort a screaming baby E and Letby saying the tube was irritating his throat was completely invented by Mother E. Which is insane. But these people would rather think that Letby, a proven liar, adulterer, medical record stealing, murdering freak is a more trust worthy witness than multiple parents talking about the most memorable moment of their life. A totally new invented scenario of bleeding, a nurse telling you what the issue is and sending you away is completely out of the realms of a misremember.
Exactly this. According to the freaks who support her. Everyone is lying except sweet little woosie. They twist everything to their own pathetic narrative. They still insist in their deluded little minds that one day she’s going to be completely exonerated. That she’s going to trot out of prison clutching all the papers she’s collected and go right back to being a nurse. Do these idiots realise what would happen if she was innocent? The fallout from her being wrongly accused, getting struck off as a nurse. Basically having her whole life ruined. The compensation she would receive. That’s why the prosecution had to prove beyond reasonable doubt that she was guilty

but mum is a bit hazy and has mistaken a normal nappy change for a bleeding screaming baby and letby sending her away and both her husband and her mistakenly came up with this same invented scenario. Of course

Even if you’re a truther and prepared to make this enormous reach just to keep your Princess SerialKiller as innocent looking as possible.. you’ve got to acknowledge if mum was doing a normal baby change for baby E at 9 as Letby says and Letby is just there being the total Super Nurse she is, just a few hours later this is another baby that dies rapidly on her watch. With confusing symptoms, nothing on X-ray and the blotchy rash. God she’s just so unlucky. Yet another medical anomaly for one of Letby’s patients. Just another rapidly dying baby under her care that presumably she didn’t have the skills to notice was suffering from common problem NEC that would kill within a few hours. And you just have to add this into the mix of alllllllll the other terrible misfortune incidents, poisonings, creepy bags of doom under the bed etc etc etc.

I think a lot of these conspiracy theorists, especially Gill have very narcissistic personalities. They do not under any circumstances want to admit they are wrong. Thats why they’re sticking to this NG crap. She’d confess and they’d say she was coerced in to it
Completely agree that some of the strongest evidence came from Baby E's case. And it's really telling that Baby E is rarely mentioned in the many articles banging on about unsafe convictions. I've read some vile comments on X about the mother lying.
