I'm mentally listing all the things she now will never be able to do - go shopping, cook a dinner, go on a date, go on a hen do, drive a car, spend Christmas with family, go ice skating or go on a pub crawl for her birthday. She'll never again eat in a restaurant, or go to a hair salon or go on holiday to somewhere hot to lie by a pool.

It's very satisfying, imagining her thinking about all the things she will never ever get to do ever again.

Way too bleeping late. She - along with many others - should be in the dock with Letby on criminal negligence/corporate manslaughter charges.

They literally protected a murderer.

Tom Parmenter's comment on Sky News sums up the enormity of today - ""She will drive away from this building under police escort, no doubt in the next hour or two, knowing that she will never see the outside of a prison ever again."

At least the coward got it right on her post it in July 2016 - She will never have children or get married and the world IS a better place without her. She knew exactly what she'd done and the consultant, police and prosecution have done a phenomenal job for 8 years to get justice for the families.

Btw I am infruriated that Janet Cox and Jennifer Jones Key STILL have photos up on FB of her socialising with them. How on earth can they want to be associated as a friend of this scumbag piece of tit!!

Agree and I hope they never read the many vile, crass and ignorant comments made about them online.

Thinking of everyone affected - the families, the colleagues, the jury, the judge, the legal teams, and the police and hoping they are doing as well as possible and feeling relief

That was the most devastating thing I’ve ever heard. Listening to Goss listing off after another of these awful crimes. The parent statements this morning, those poor little angels that just needed help and as that parent said they were taken by the devil. I hate that they are referring to her as the most notorious child killer because I feel like she’ll get off on that.

What is the gov website that judges sentencing remarks in full will be uploaded to later on? Is it the ministry of justice?

Just caught up. She deserved nothing less than a WLO. I sincerely hope the prosecution is successful in a retrial for the charges they couldn't bring, but I also shudder to think that this probably only the tip of the iceberg and there is more to come 😕

I think we all knew it would be a WLO and nothing else would have done.

She'll either try and kill herself or she'll try manipulating prison staff. I hope she lives a long, awful life in prison and her life is hellish every day.

I do wonder if Goss had his own views of her guilt and how far in. Court staff must come up with their own verdicts and I wonder how often this agrees with the jury.

I can't stop thinking about judge Goss highlighting her seeming to target twins and the triplets a lot. It's a horrible thought that she was aiming for maximum upset/distress and was getting off on the grief and distress of the parents going through it more than once. It's so utterly vile

That's funny. But I do know a Lucy who obviously isn't anything like that!
So might be a bit unfair.
I think it's just best to wash your hands. Walk away and give love to the people in your life, knowing Beigey (and of course that'll turn out to be a nickname of another innocent person!) will never know the joy and togetherness you're experiencing.

And the poor defenceless vulnerable babies should be 7 year old, running about now. It's harrowing and heartbreaking 💔
