In clinical roles, yes they do. But not all senior managers are clinical. So head of neonatal is a medical person, head of nursing is not medical but nursing background, but the director of HR, or the director of performance, or the general manager of operations is non medical. The C-suite i.e CEO, COO are not medical however as good doctors make terrible business leaders, it's not their skill strength.

If she has to go to court daily and doesn't she will be in trouble in the prison for not obeying orders - could therefore lose priveleges (like her xbox and extra time out her cell etc)
So by going then not actually going to the dock she 1) got a lovely day trip along the M62 rather than 23 hours lock up and 2) didn't get in to bother at prison for disobeying orders....

The only reason for the guilty person not to face the victims for sentencing is if the victims do not want it. Otherwise, they should be bleeping forced to turn up imo.

Was she refusing to leave the prison and go to court at all, or was she in the holding cell at court?
Yep leave an inch so she can live to suffer in prison until she dies of a very old age. Death is too good for her.

Agree with this completely. As if those poor parents and families have not been through enough. Just her way of continuing to hurt them even more. She's an absolute chunt

I thought she refused to go to court completely... but seems she just got in the van, went to Manchester Crown Court, and then refused to go up to the dock to hear the verdicts.
Just seen the prison van leaving the court on Sky News.
