Omg was it that Italian one? Jesus she was awful. I really think she was guilty!

Wow I had never heard of this case. A quick Google and wow doesn’t this sound rather familiar:

Imagine in a few years Richard is himself admitted to hospital and there’s a murderous healthcare worker looking after him…how ironic would that be.

She seemed to always have it down and like she'd made an effort before. I wonder if she's not bothering as much now she's not quite the centre of attention sat in the courtroom all day with all eyes on her.

Well I went in another trial that day and the air Cooling system was being worked on so it was boiling so I can only presume it was that, just thought she loved to be enjoying the attention of it all swanning in. I’d be shaking and crying!

Daniela Poggiali is the other nurse he ‘helped’ get her convictions quashed. The Italian justice system is so different to ours. She was strange posing next to her dead patients . He had also tried and failed to have Ben Geen freed and I’ve seen posted he thinks Allitt is innocent too

So he doesn't believe there are any killers in health care then? If he was selective in the cases he chose (and didn’t rant all over the internet) then perhaps there would be some merit in what he does but it seems as though he wants to just prove that statistics can get people off, rather than be a tool to help determine guilt.

I'd like to know if there are cases he looked into and chose not to pursue because the statistics didn't support innocence...until then it looks like he's up for disproving any and every case, which is laughable. Wonder what he'd think of Shipman...or is it just nurses who are always innocent?

You hit the nail on the head! Yes, poetic justice would be very fitting.

Thing is, there’s no need for Dicky or LL’s fan club members to actually be in that situation to understand how horrific it must be for the victims and their families. They can try to put themselves in the shoes of the victims & just use a bit of imagination and have some empathy. But they choose not to. They reserve their imagination and empathy for LL & how terrible it must be for her to be in the dock. Tells you what kind of people they are.

I have just been listening to Trial of LL podcast on Spotify where Dr NN said he would trust old LL to look after his kids any day and provide her with a full statement of support for her fantastic nursing skills if required. No wonder he is keeping his name out of the press he would probably have a lynch mob after him. It didn’t age at all well what he said.

Claire Scanlon just yesterday wouldn’t come up for her sentencing either that was at the other Manchester crown court to the one Letbys been tried in, Minshull Street I think it’s called. She got 18 years.

Think she got life with a minimum of 18 years, judge acknowledged with the Huntingtons she is likely to never make it out of prison.
