Daniela Poggiali is the other nurse he ‘helped’ get her convictions quashed. The Italian justice system is so different to ours. She was strange posing next to her dead patients 🤢. He had also tried and failed to have Ben Geen freed and I’ve seen posted he thinks Allitt is innocent too 🤷🏼‍♀️

Omg was it that Italian one? Jesus she was awful. I really think she was guilty!

Allitt is innocent? That’s it, he’s a complete nut job.
Honestly, he may (have been) be a good statistician but he’s completely strayed outside his lane, and the bounds of sanity.

Hahahaha imagine, the bailiff listens up against the door and can hear "There was a murdering bleep called Lucy..."

or can hear them recreating the best scenes from court - "Do you recall being born?"
Strains of Copacabana floating through the courtroom and the judge looking perplexed….

It’s reassuring in a way, because everyone was worried about how a jury composed of the general public might interpret things.

Knowing what we know it’s some relief that there isn’t a ‘world-renowned statistician’ parked there and that it’s just ornery, presumably sane, people.

Sounds like my next door neighbour. She’s vile but it’s because she’s BiPoLaR 🥴

No love, you’re just a bleep.
Just remembered what this reminded me of 🤣 Probably would have been an apt finale for the prosecution.

I’ve done it before (though admittedly only for a two week trial and not murder) and for a case this complex and long I’d expect it to take a couple of weeks. We sat for two weeks and it still took us 3 whole days to deliberate. There was no “hard” evidence in that case either but the defendant was still found guilty at a majority.
Thank you. So hopefully by Friday next week or w/c 24th then. I'm hoping by Friday because if the wait is this hard for me, then I can't imagine how hard it must be for the poor parents.

He’s an absolute head, he posted this earlier too 😆
That's so odd. I dislike it when people blame wildly inappropriate rants on mental health. Most people with bipolar don't write things like that online, so it's actually quite offensive for him to use that as a justification.

Afternoon 👋🏼
So I’ve just started the TOLL podcasts.
At the start, they say normally all adult witnesses are publicly named, do we know why some of the nurses are not named?

The photos always show her wanting to be at the centre of things. And she always somehow looks like a different person in each one. In these, her eyes look genuinely sinister, though are offset by the fact that she looks like she dribbles a lot.
She was already guilty of many murders at that time!

Does Richard Gill think all health care workers are innocent regardless of evidence? Strange mixture of tweets poor Isaac Newton listed alongside a load of murderers.
Yes, it seems very disproportionately weighted towards women too.

It's horrible when you realise that. How can you murder babies and just carry on acting like a normal person?
It's so scary how the babies were being murdered and she just carried on turning up for work and being entrusted to look after those precious babies. It's like the devil pretending to be a nice caring baby nurse.
