Yes I was thinking this. It could easily be one Facebook-style numpty who just won't agree with the others. They can't return a verdict that's not unanimous so if one person holds out they could just be at stalemate for even another week or more depending on how long the judge lets it go, or if they contact the judge and say 'one guys being a fool'.
The other thing is that they could easily be unanimous by now on enough charges that she's already going to jail forever, but just can't agree on some of the trickier cases as they can't return till they've got all verdicts.

WELL MISSUS. That's done it for me saying I just can't fit any more laundry into my hot press. Similarly to "messages" being things you go out to buy in a shop in Ireland, I think in parts of Scotland a "press" is the word for a cupboard.
It's hot because the hot water tank is in there with the "immersion" switch. Irish mammies will forgive almost anything EXCEPT leaving the immersion on (because it's very expensive to heat water that way).

What a disastrous impediment to justice that is!Hung juries really aren't that common here - asking for majority verdicts normally shakes down the wheat from the chaff - and I follow around 150+ murder trials a year, probably a lot more
They ARE common in the USA because now all states, since January 2023, require unanimous verdicts in cases involving serious crimes - majority verdicts were allowed before but only in Louisiana and Oregon. So, if a jury can't agree, it results in a mistrial and then the DA needs to decide whether to prosecute again.

Oh guys, this threads been very entertaining this week but I just can't help but swing back to how those parents must feel this week/end. I assume they can only be thinking how aren't they guilty within 24hrs what's taking so long! They've all heard so much more than us, it doesn't bare thinking about really. These long 8 years aswell not just this last week.. Heart aches for them

I follow an Irish youtuber (Dainty Diaries) and she talks about her hot press and how it always needs tidied. Took me yonks to work out she meant what we call an airing cupboard.
I no longer have one since the combi boiler was fitted and the cupboard was removed to make the bathroom bigger.

I'm long term sober however I was partial to a triple midori lemonade back in the day. Delish!!! And highly recommended. This is so funny and yet so true to what actually happened.
I would come clubbing but I’m 47 and my knees might give out as they are a bit past it. I have a question and that’s how did they discover LL had a massive dildo in her shower in the first place? Did the police just find it and it became public knowledge or what?
