I'm a midwife, I would have expected lots of my colleagues to have heard about it. I've spoken to some of the NNU docs and they don't know about it either. Shocking I think!
I work in the NHS, (not sure if you can tell from my profile pic….), and hardly anyone I speak to, both clinical and non clinical have heard about it - astonishing!

The salt and vinegar snack a Jack rice cakes are the most dangerous. They are incredibly moreish but they literally make my skin blister and peel because I eat too many in one go

those of you that have only just been able to join tattle and been reading from the sidelines, I’m curious if it was the Letby case that brought you to tattle and if so where you heard about it.

Just conducting a bit of market research given it’s me who’s in charge around here.

I was following the Letby case on reddit (but not commenting as everyone is so serious over there ) and somebody linked the Wiki. So that's how I found Tattle and I just like the discussions better over here.

Edit to add: I know the case is serious, but I just meant I find a lot of the Redditors take themselves very seriously and I didn't particularly want to engage with them).

Was it when she was talking about the baby in the dark and how she shouldn't/wouldn't have been able to see anything and she replied something about "I knew what I was looking for. Looking at" and then got the hump about hopw her brain was muddled from all the dates even though they hadn't been talking about dates.
Ahhh yes, this was it! Thank you!

Salt and vinegar discos are so worth the pain and the tongue skin grafts. Elite crisp. God I want some right now! Dare I mention nice n spicy niknaks? The best ever crisp though was Brannigan’s Beef and mustard. Glorious.
Yeah maaan, proper burny mouthy those Brannigans Beef and mustard crisps

dockid went through a phase where that was the only crisps they had and the supermarkets never have them in multipacks, so I used to order them by the box from Amazon 😂 I can’t eat them now though, I unknowingly had oral thrush after my chemo and my mouth was stripped raw by them.

I remember getting salt and vinegar squares on the way home from school in the early 00s, they def packed more of a punch then 😋

Oh god I haven't had those for so long and now they are all I can think about. They're amazing. I don't even know where you would get any these days

I don’t know what Brannigans beef taste like but Burts beef ones are absolutely sensational. So try them if you haven’t already. And that’s coming from someone who nearly always picks salt and vinegar

oh goodness I need these, it’s been ages. But the proper size rice cake ones with some goats cheese spread on… *back off to the shops I go*

To go back to the baby on a trolley behind a screen with the monitor off (sorry, back to crisps later!). I don't think this happened. The screen - possibly. The trolley and the monitor off? No way! No one would leave a baby on a trolley would they? Surely it would be back into the crib, careful transfer of all wires, and then checking everything? I think this is a Lucy Letby Lie.

ETA: roast chicken flavour walkers are up there...

God you lot are so bad for my waistline. I've just eaten a bar of fruit and nut, and now I've just remembered spicy tomato Wheat Crunchies and I want some like now!

Oh @docmum I wish I could give you a giant hug or a million dark bounty bars. It’s just so obvious to me you’re such a wonderful person and you’ve been through so much. X

Will be following along today as I usually do most days. I’m currently on holiday not too far from Cockington and besides the unfortunate connection to Lucifer I’ve not been able to enjoy it as my poor mum got sent into hospital last week and had to have an operation for infections that weren’t clearing. She’s on three lots of antibiotics and I’m really worried about her so hoping I can come and plonk myself down with you lovely lot and distract myself with chocolate/crisps/dildo chat whilst cheering Goss Boss on as he undoes all of BM’s bull hard work.

Thanks to all providing us with updates❤

Happy to be a part of this lovely Tattle community ☺
Awww, hope your mum is soon on the mend - sometimes think worrying about parents is worse than worrying about kids. Sending positive thoughts and best wishes to you all ❤
