those of you that have only just been able to join tattle and been reading from the sidelines, I’m curious if it was the Letby case that brought you to tattle and if so where you heard about it.

Just conducting a bit of market research given it’s me who’s in charge around here.

yes it was this thread that brought me to Tattle (I had never even heard of tattle before ) - after reading the threads I felt as though I had found my people but wasn’t able to join in. I was so excited at the start of the week when I saw other newbies had joined up that I tried again to join, this time with success!:p

I think Judge Goss is definitely directing the jury to find her guilty. If I was the jury I would be glad of his skills on pulling all this together for me and gently steering the verdict in the right direction. I would say he’s done a good job of presenting both arguments but as BM speech went on last week it was obvious the defence don’t have a lot to go on.
As for people saying tattle isn’t a place to hold a difference of option just how wrong - only last week in the defence summing up I said something like I just didn’t know what to believe anymore - no one jumped down my throat. I actually find this forum across all threads, not just the one, a healthy place for debate where you can put forward your opinion whatever that may be.
I’ve dipped in and out of here across the last 9 months but for me now she’s got to be found guilty. More and more is coming out about how vindictive she is. One thing that’s stood out for me today was Child D after the resus she questioned the nurse on how they knew what amount of drugs to give. Essentially trying to insinuate that she’d given the wrong amount maybe. She was trying to plant that seed.
She has got to be found guilty and I can’t wait to see what comes out immediately after the verdict about her. There’s so much dirt I think that they haven’t been able to report on.

I know who I believe! I remember every last detail and timings about my kids births, which both ended up being emergency c-sections - and luckily they were both fine. They are now in their early 20’s and I still remember the details.

No way is any mum going to forget or misremember such traumatic details either - they will have thought about them so many times over the years and will never forget them. Baby E’s mum even has the timing of the call she made to her husband to collaborate her evidence.

Makes me so mad and disgusted that grieving parents are being treated in this way. My heart goes out to them 💔
Absolutely, yes the human memory is unreliable, but that’s only for insignificant everyday things.
Memorable life events, IME, are the most reliable and accurate.

Like you, I remember all 3 of my children’s births like they were yesterday and the oldest is 18, and apart from them being born nothing significant happened, but I still remember even the locations and positions of the beds, the wards, the showers etc.

Baby E’s mummy is absolute proof that LL is a lying evil witch imo, and I think her evidence is so important and will weigh heavily on LL getting G!

I signed up a few years ago, but haven’t really posted - I read Star Hobson, little Arthur lad and the fubar Archie Battersby threads as well as a few others, and I started reading these threads last October when trial started, but just had a baby and it just depressed me too much. Started reading thread again probably Feb time. I sometimes post on Reddit, but I am mainly just a dirty voyeur everywhere I go.
I’m not ginger and I think Turkish delight is bleeping disgustang - but I can overlook these two things as think you are top lads 🥲
Realised I just jumped in here without introducing myself when I first joined. How rude of me! I was intrigued by Tattle, having hearing being really slagged off by Mumsnet. Was pleasantly surprised to discover so many intelligent, articulate and hilariously witty people with so much knowlege.
Blonde not ginger. Olive skin, not a freckle or a ginger pube even in sight. Sorry. 😚
Preferred confectionery is Reece Peanut butter cups and Cadburys Caramilk. It's quite new.
Crisps, pickled union Monster Munch but Frazzles are up there at the top too, ditto Smith's square crisps, only the salt and vinegar one's though.
Don't understand the Les Dennis question but felt bad for him when he had that celeb BB meltdown. Don't mind Amanda Holden when she took the piss out of the Holly Willoughby who seems like a "mean girl".

Reading about Baby G's fight for life just kills me off💔
Her designated nurse goes on a break, with Baby G doing just fine, and within minutes, all hell breaks loose for her!😭
It's so awful, that baby had reached such a milestone as well.

I always ask the many and various professionals who see my kids and nearly all of them didn't even know about it. The few who already knew were saying guilty from the start. Even my youngest nursery one-to-one is now engrossed thanks to me. Give her daily updates when I drop him off.
Congratulations on the exciting baby news. 👶

I’m on a diet and this thread is making me lusty for all the snacks 😩
I'm supposed to be dieting but these enablers here are about to send me to the co op for supplies 😂 I need a chocolate fix. I'm going to get a Fry's turkish delight 🙈, freddos and maybe a mint aero to see me through the rest of the evening week 🤭
