This is probably a right noob question, is Baby E the same baby she denied seeing the blood now she's agreeing to it? Or was that another poor baby. Sorry not meaning disrespect forgetting who is who, but without names and going by letters I forget (I know I can check the Wiki just I'm too lazy as its amazing and very long😅)
Yeah, you've got the right one

Does anyone else think that at this point BM is just letting her get on with it?

Either that or she's just totally ignoring any advice he's giving her.
he can’t really do much as he’s not allowed to coach her. I do wonder if he says something like answer honestly but only if you are absolute certain you can remember. Because if you are innocent I don’t know why you would say ‘I think mum had mil with her’ because to then say ‘I don’t recall or can’t be certain’ later is just so incriminating to backtrack like that.

She's changed her story from last week already.
I don’t understand this, if the aspirate is ‘bile stained’ then what else is in the aspirate?

"You are lying, aren't you Lucy Letby," Nick Johnson asks, not for the first time referring to her by her full name.

I can't get over the fact she's today agreeing there was blood whereas she denied it when questioned about it not long ago?? I'm so confused... I know the plumbing tit is a massive topic and God don't even get me started on it haha.

I was sure I'd read her say she didn't notice blood (therefore accusing the mother of lying) or has she since confessed that yes there was blood but after 10pm?

Your baby has died - On what planet would you lie about the circumstances? Forgetby is absolutely abhorrent, rum of the earth. Poor Baby E's mum, I honestly can't imagine how she is feeling listening to this bull.

I pray she hasn't hurt that baby 'down below' I have a weird feeling about it. Like I don't want to read the next part

I honestly don’t know how it’s allowed to keep changing stories
I understand that people are entitled to a fair trial but all this is just indulging her narcissistic desire for attention and putting already devastated families through it for no reason, the parents of those babies have already been through hell and back and this shambles of a trial is just taking the piss

Could the blood have been in the nappy from him swallowing it and then passing it- showing her timeline to be a lie?

Milk/saliva/stomach acid.

She's backing off because bile aspirates are an emergency in the NICU environment. They indicate a proper problem with the bowel - the baby being born with the bowels folded or formed wrong, them having twisted, NEC, sepsis paralysing the bowel. All bad.

Weird so many texts but not once was there a "sewage is awful" type text.
Bloody hell I'm just sitting in the garden reading all this tit and a bloody bird has tit on me. At least it went on my jeans and not the washing which I've just done.

As hurtful and tearful this trial is, I'm trying to turn it round into a positive as this (imo) gives those babies a voice if that makes sense. She's evil

I can only think she's taken the stand to delay the inevitable. It's not doing herself any favours, colleagues, parents and even her own previous statements she has testified to are wrong. It's a shambles.

She was best not taking the stand!

Bloody hell I didn't expect to be right ( brain fog) thank you for looking that up to compare.
I remembered the same so had to go double check!! I was in court that day of defence and saw the diagram. It’s all round the mouth like a moustache and goatee. There is no way you would forget if you were Lucy or be mistaken if you were mum.

I'm hoping asking her to re-read her notes means that there's no mention of it?

As in, she made a statement, but there's no evidence other than her statement, and she only made the statement to back up that he was having a 'medical' GI bleed?
