I think you're right but if I were BM I'd 100% be reading up on what was said about me or how it was looking, suppose that's why I'm not a super successful lawyer

I think if I was the prosecution (or defence) I’d definitely have some office junior reading threads like this and Reddit etc to see if anyone was picking up inconsistencies that they hadn’t spotted themselves to use in cross examination. Some posters have such a talent for cross matching what’s being said and proving how it can’t be that way that it could be a great source.
Was it on the podcast or did I read it here that they have been on court for every day of the trial? If so presumably they must have moved house or something because that would be a hell of a hotel bill or travel time daily from Hereford. It’s a big commitment whatever.

I always got told mottling on babies is a red flag for sepsis so not always usual. Again I may be wrong
