Phewww managed to catch up before court starts today. So many good points made, both ways. I’m sure she is guilty from all medical evidence, the post it notes, diary, police interviews, her tears & petty lies (shredder) imo are the cherry on top.
Just to add when I was (wrongfully) arrested from my bed I was allowed to get showered, get dressed & do my hair. To me she is only looking for sympathy by mentioning her PJs. Yes I panicked at first (the shock at 6am). They needed to search too but I wasn’t guilty and didn’t have anything to hide. Stripped off in front of a female officer, got showered while she stood right there bits swinging galore.
I had no problem exposing my sexy over weight body as I was not guilty. Plus I suffer with OCD they would never get me out the door without washing my fan at least. !!
Hopefully I’ve got enough time to grab a cuppa & some biscuits.

I’m all for free speech but it works both ways. I’m afraid that people suggesting there is no evidence of murder just aren’t paying attention. Letby herself when questioned by police, speculated on who might have given the fatal dose of insulin.
It seems some people want cctv footage of letby cackling and running her hands as she injects air into a a baby but unfortunately the evidence is much more subtle than that. Several babies died that experts say shouldn’t have died. Several experts testify there are anomalies suggesting these children died as a a result of air or insulin etc. The single common factor at these deaths is Letby. Then add in all the other stuff like the text chats, the Facebook searches, the handover sheets. Isolated, they mean nothing, but together they form a pretty compelling picture of guilt.

I wish we did have that CCTV footage, then there’d be no denying it.
People get convicted on circumstantial evidence all the time, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get around that in this case, especially as there is plenty of it.
It’s such an emotional case and of course we want to hear all opinions but when people just ignore 7 months worth of evidence it just silences the baby’s … they had no voice then and just dismissing everything we have heard to date takes their voice away again.

She said to her knowledge neither she nor a nursing colleague had accidentally administered the substance, which had not been prescribed.
Letby added she could not believe such a mistake would have been made.
When suggested by detectives it was a deliberate act of sabotage, the defendant replied: “That was not done by me.”
Asked if she had any explanation for the presence of insulin in Child L’s circulation she said it “must have been in one of the bags or fluids he was receiving”.

Nothing to add really. I've always maintained I enjoy hearing both sides as long as there's an element of critical thinking behind it, helps me to stay grounded.
BUT if you're getting butt hurt by discussions about decor, clothes or dildos (which serve no purpose other than to lighten the mood, and have been joined in by tattlers on BOTH sides of the fence) then Tattle probably isn't the place for you. Maybe try Reddit with their community of pseudo intellectuals who think they're better than everyone else.

Well.. would there though. There was a male nurse recently who killed via air embolism and to catch who was doing it the hospital upgraded cctv but only in corridors. He’s pictured going in just before their collapses. He also is pictured with a syringe coming out just after. His defence said he’d gone in to treat them
If similar with Letby I’m sure there would still be people and Benny boy saying the same sort of thing. Interesting case. The medical evidence of air is very similar to this one.
I think amongst all the “she’s a scapegoat” “she has teddies she definitely couldn’t do this” people are forgetting that this woman’s arrest isn’t a spur of the moment thing, like that Rebecca Leighton was, they’ve nicked her 4 times over 5 years nearly, I think if the police and the CPS had any doubt they wouldn’t have been able to charge her for lack of evidence
