I’ve voted unsure a few times, guilty once, than back to unsure…
But today she told at least one whopper about the shredder. Of course you’d know if you had a bloody shredder. Who owns a shredder? The type of people that have a thing for hoarding paperwork and think oh I better get a shredder. It’s not like buying another bottle opener or some other random tit for the house.
I also think that if she can lie like that, she can lie about the ‘friendship’ with NoName. And in those moments when I’m leaning towards guilty I’m pretty sure he was her motive for the murders, to get him back on that ward and close by :-(

Hang on, no. If she was using handover notes to jot down contemporaneous notes on the shift, she should have transcribed her jottings to the formal electronic or paper nursing notes before the end of her shift. Then destroyed the handover sheets as per policy. Not taken them home.

used the ubiquitous paper towel (as we didn’t have printed sheets) at hand over, jotted things on it throughout the day, used it to complete a shift summary, if necessary, then, into the confidential waste bin.No personal offence, it’s LL that’s talking bull
There's a distinct lack of personal stories in this case. Usually people are falling over themselves to tweet or comment on Facebook even media interviews about how they knew them and they have always been odd or that they were always outwardly nice and its a shock.
Other than the reddit post and at the very start of news breaking a few people said many of her colleagues believed she was innocent and a scape goat, there's nothing. Never did see actual evidence her colleagues believed this but I imagine none of them would comment regardless. But still school friends uni friends long lost cousins there's just very little.

The cross examination of her is going to be really interesting. I bet they're looking forward to grilling her.

Out of interest, what happens to her if she is found innocent? It’s too late for her to get a new identity (her face has been plastered all over the news), I doubt she’d be able to emigrate as she probably has no funds (would she even be accepted as an immigrant!?) and even if found innocent, there are a hell of a lot of people who think she is guilty and, rightly or wrongly, would want to see her come to a lot of harm! Just curious as to what happens in these scenarios.
rebecca leighton could be used as an example of this although it was only around 6 weeks before it was rectified. She said her life was ruined.
i don’t think there is anything she could do, perhaps change of name and move away.
again with rebecca as an example the right killer then carried on hence why they knew they were wrong, they stopped once Lucy was removed.. i find that quite telling personally (i know people will argue it was cause they were down graded)

Thanks. Pretty wild really. Her life is over either way. Hard to know whether you’d prefer to be found guilty or innocent if you were in that situation. Even the most deplorable of criminals won’t take kindly to a baby killer, I’d expect. She’s done for basically.
This is why people say they shouldn’t release names until found guilty. I agree her life is ruined either way. Even if she was innocent some of the things she has done as a nurse is pretty unbelievable, but she won’t be the first or last to behave like that.
I’ve saw a few programs about woman’s prisons and the general feeling is that they don’t like baby killers
I pray for the families she is found guilty on all of them, to go through the death of your child, to be contacted out of the blue by the police, back and forth with the CPS ( I know from personal experience how long this can take) preparing for court, giving evidence and then to not get the outcome will be soul destroying and injustice.
Because a NICU nurse is the last person you’d suspect as a baby killer I wonder if the families ever had any gut feelings that something was really wrong. I read an article from a family who’s baby was under COCH they were really unhappy with their care but i’m not sure if they were involved in the case in anyway
