At the start I honestly couldn't believe she was guilty because I didn't believe anyone could be so evil. But the evidence is so damning, there's just no other explanation. So far BM has done nothing to dissuade me.

I don’t understand what he means by open your membership - even if I owned tattle it still doesn’t make sense!

That’s also a different group to the one he posted on before!
Hes really trying to reach you 😂
Someone in the comments said that tattle is closed to new members as its full? If that's the case then why aren't you opening it for James? He seems a nice fella?

Thanks guys ❤❤ everyone I have spoken to on my ward and the special care unit has been genuinely lovely and I haven't got any bad vibes off anyone. Just was pondering things this morning in my morphine haze 😅

Wow was planning and early night but now catching up. And like 15 pages of Tattle to get through.

That’s a shit tonne of confidential paperwork to take home. And some of it made it all the way down to her bedroom in Hereford too? Bollux has she accidentally taken all this paperwork home “accidentally” over the course of the year.

To me, I interpret the paperwork as trophies. What other trophy could she have obtained from a victim baby in a neonatal ward? She was extremely limited. A missing baby grow would be noticed, a hat would be noticed. These babies had no belongings to their name other than a few sparse things that their parents would know exactly of their whereabouts. She just had to take paperwork didn’t she. And that paper towel.

The 2 notes she has written about (I presume) Dr no-name sound very childish for a woman who was in her mid 20s and supposedly quite senior at work. That's the sort of thing I would have done as a lovesick teenager with an unrequited crush.

It’s her organising of the handover notes (and other medical notes too) - so deliberate.

Into boxes marked ‘Keep’, filed into separate bags, she’d written over some of them after they came home so definitely knew she had them. And for that whole year. I wonder why she only started taking them back in June 2015 too. And then telling police she couldn’t remember taking them - like forgetting a few, fine. 250 that you’ve filed away, no.

If she was innocent it’s been made impossible to see it, as she hasn’t explained any of the bizarre/breaking code of conduct things she’s done. This would look bad on its own but when she’s also the only one around for all the collapses, every expert says they were deliberate incidents, searches the families regularly in a pattern, doesn’t make any notes or complaints herself of any failures on the ward, and then writes things like “I killed then on purpose” etc - what other conclusion can one draw.

Dismissing it all as innocent would take a bigger leap of faith/creative thinking than taking it at face value as guilty in my opinion.

On a much lighter note my daughter is rocking an Easter bonnet and sunglasses and it's really disturbing me as she's reminding me of L.L and the Bonmarche bail monstrosity!

I think there was a clue in her saying she found her parents suffocating and how her mum was lecturing her and she didn't like it. It seemed a deeply personal thing to be sharing with someone (Dr NN) who I don't think she'd known that long and was a work colleague. Which made me think it affected her and made her angrier than she let on.

When younger, I had a friend who is a bit like LL, in that she is the only child of much older parents and also used to feel suffocated. Because she was considered a miracle baby given her mum's age, they were extremely overprotective. And like LL she complained about it but didn't take space from them (did the long holidays, constantly messaging/calling etc). She wasn't a killer but my god, she was bitchy, controlling and never took responsibility for anything. She once snubbed a girl very obviously and was then very shocked when this girl didn't invite her to her bday party - like she couldn't understand her behaviour caused it. She also tried to sabotage another friend's relationship because she fancied the guy - and couldn't understand why the friend wanted nothing to do with her. We all cut her off eventually but it took a while to fully realise how manipulative she was. Because she looked petite and cute, had a good job, softly spoken, seemed completely normal in every way! Last I heard she got married but ended up cheating on her husband. I just think she had zero empathy/compassion or morality, which is surprising given she had a very normal seeming, middle class, quite Catholic upbringing. So some of it must have been nature (just born like that), and her environment must have done the rest.

So maybe LL was just like a more extreme version of this woman..

I also worked with this woman https://www.grimsbytelegraph.co.uk/news/grimsby-news/mum-who-dumped-baby-william-563985. She was really nice at work - very driven, friendly and chatty. Good at her job too. We were all shocked when we heard she'd been arrested and then imprisoned for murdering her baby.

Even more shocked when we found out about her husband being a paedophile, who we had met as well. They just seemed entirely normal. Since then I've realised anyone can be a criminal, no matter how normal they seem.

Can I just say that I went to a achool where a high profile double murder occurred and the murderer was a well known (if quite and odd) employee.

One thing, now as a mother of two little girls, that I can never unlearn is that the weirdos, creeps, rapists and killers that are obviously weird … they get caught more (thiugh not always).

Anyone can be a threat. Anyone can harm. And a lot of people in a position of power or authority (no matter how little that authority is) are able to abuse it.

I will say this has impacted my parenting. My children have never been looked after by anyone but myself and their father. Most childreb are harmed by people known to them, or lesser by people with opportunity and access.

I think the reason I felt compelled to post this is your assertion that these people you knew seemed normal. It’s bot tht they seem it … it’s that sadly normal people do terrible things :( their actions and motivations aren’t normal. But that people that are normal in every other way are possibly awful underneath it.

I think LL was able to commit further acts of harm and murder because of her status as ‘normal’ and ‘harmless’ and I think that we 100% need a fundemental reeducation of risk and threat in this country. If people were able to follow their gut and instinct more and not acquiesce to the social construct that a young blonde woman is less threatening … she would have been pulled from those rooms sooner.

Sorry for ramble. But I am worried thhat the nexessary lesson in this case is at risk of being missed in medical practice and in the greater public and it is a terrible shame.

I'm sure she is guilty from day one
Too much coincidence, is just unrealistic
The worst part if I'm sure she killed more babies than she is accused for. Police only focused on this one they have solid proofs. I hope the families will get the justice they deserved
If she didn’t kill more I’m 100% convinced she hurt more. She probably just didn’t cause them to collapse so it went undetected.

Also, having now fully caught up, I've done a 180 on Dr Noname.

I initially thought he was a single man who was romantically interested in Lucy, trying to flirt with her and being quite sweet with the chocolate, use of his car, reassuring her etc.

The thought of him being married with kids potentially having an emotional affair (not sure what their relationship was or if he was married/in a relationship at this point, but Lucy points out he had hugged and reassured another colleague so maybe that's how he was) is gross in itself and I hope his partner (if he has one) was made aware of this before now and that his family have been protected from the implications of this trial if that was the case.

On a personal level, I'm not a very jealous person, but I do think I'd be questioning my relationship if my husband was texting another woman as much as Dr NoName was, especially at long hours into the night.

The idea he was sharing information and emails that she probably shouldn't have seen is quite concerning and it makes me wonder what he knew or thought about what was going on at this point. And when he did find out it was becoming a police matter, how did he feel then? Would he still keep his word about providing a statement for her once he knew the extent of what was being investigated.

I wonder if his use of Facebook and sharing patients details online, his conduct at sharing confidential emails with other staff etc has already been looked at and dealt with previously or if it will be looked at in the future should his identity ever be made public.

I just find his behaviour at the moment really strange. Like someone has said, very white knight energy.

I mean I suppose it depends on peoples personalities but I just can’t imagine reacting how she has.
If I was genuinely innocent & these deaths all seemed inexplainable I, if I had been the nurse for the majority of them, would have raised concerns myself & be begging for them investigating. I’d likely haven’t gone off sick as well because I’d be so upset & would take all the help/support/advice about moving rooms etc.
She’s done none of that.

Once this got out about a review, I’d be panicking. The same way I have that little panic when I’m driving & the police come behind me - I know I haven’t done anything but it’s a normal reaction isn’t it. I know she’s saying she’s having a meltdown & appreciate texts don’t provide context but I’d of fully being going into self evaluation mode to anyone that would listen. Likewise, I’m also close to my family, so there would 100% be messages (there could be here but we just haven’t seen them) between me & my mum worrying if I’d done enough.

I know she’s done the note which the defence are arguing is that anguish. But again, there is no way on this earth I’d be writing “I killed them on purpose” if I was innocent

You couldn't see the jury from the public gallery. On screen is the view from one camera and it doesn't move around too much. I do remember earlier in the trial that Mark or Dan included in their reporting that the jury had asked for notebooks and the judge said no based on their not being money for that kind of thing. But it was later reported that someone had been out and bought some. I know I'd need to be jotting things down if it were me, I have the memory of a goldfish!
No money for notebooks 🤯😂 imagine being expected to just memorise several months of cross examination!

So the notes in the Ibiza bag are for O and P.

She was on holiday in Ibiza, came back to care for O and P - who both died. And their medical/handover notes were found in an Ibiza bag. Why would she take home notes of babies who died...? Wouldn't you be even more particular to not take anything home in case of an unexpected death in case there was a review?

And then there's a handover sheet for a baby on June 28th (not in indictment period), but this was AFTER she knew the doctors were suspecting her and had that call from head nurse to go on day shifts. So why was she still taking these notes home??? That's someone who is trying to cover up something surely, and arrogant no one will find out.

ETA - the notes of 28 June had handwritten details about O - long after his death. So that means she was aware she had taken these notes home if she was writing on them!!!

But why keep them all, it’s not a mistake to take 257 handover sheets home, that’s not a case of sticking them in pocket and forgetting about them. But why wouldn’t you shred everything especially if you were getting worried ppl were talking or getting suspicious

The lady who was helping her has been secretly investigating Julia for 2 months and has found over 500 + indecent images of children on Julia’s phone🤢🤢😡😡 Julia has been working with a P ring for years. The whole thing is fucked up I knew Julia was a vile person from The off but I didn’t expect that 😡😡😡 all over the fia ladies insta now!!

So I miss a couple of days and the thread starts moving at the pace of the older days🙈 so much to catch up on, briefly skimmed through the end of last thread and the start of this one. And trust me to miss the few days when we kinda get something massive happening on here, I cannot believe we now have TWO amazing Tattlers that have braved going to court well done fellas (bringing that back for this post). I’m sure we are all dying to know what it’s actually like in court, so very grateful for them for sharing what’s gone on in there and what it’s really like. I’m unfortunately another one that’s probably one of the most furthest away people so absolutely no chance of me going either😭.

Im sure it’s absolutely no surprise to anyone on here but I am more sure of her guilt than ever, as others had said short of someone else suddenly rushing to confess it was them all along(and even then I’d still be convinced it’s her), there is nothing really that I think the defence could come up with to sway me at all

Going to listen to podcast now, so have nothing else really to add that hasn’t already been covered the last few days by the usual suspects, but if after the pod I’ve anything new I’ll be back with it.

Ps it’s really nice to see some of the old posters that haven’t posted in a while, and lots of new posters on here too🙌🏼
