I hope he has if in the unlikely event she is innocent.
She was getting a huge kick out of seeing those parents devastated, even the doctor was shocked at how she behaved inappropriately around them. She even brought it up at the Monday meeting three days later. Yesterday's report makes shocking reading and serves to highlight her narcissistic and psychopathic nature.
Just thinking about the times LL has said comments like “managed to escape nursery 1” and yet I’ve always thought how it appeared she wanted to get the babies in 3&4 back to 1&2. She contradicts herself a lot with her saying one thing or acting one way to one person and the polar opposite with another. I can’t find it but I’m sure there was something about her nursery preferences in the messages with the unnamed Dr.

This is shocking. I think Myers will go heavy on confirmation bias with this Dr.
If you've followed the trial from the outset and read all the reports, and put all the incidents together it's really difficult to believe she can be not guilty of at least most or all of the accusations.

I agree. And I have followed the trial from the beginning so I know exactly what the defence are up against.
My comment merely meant that LL is still legally innocent and therefore is entitled to the best legal defence possible.
Confirmation bias or not there's nothing he can say that will change my guilty view, unless he can show a lot of unexpected/unexplained deaths after she was removed.

‘like it was a bounty pack’ is just awfulI agree. This Drs honestly has made them completely vulnerable by owning their concerns, that they essentially thought the third baby would die if left at the CoC hospital, attributed to LL. it doesn’t get clearer than that.
And I’ve just remembered there are other parents who felt Lucy behaved inappropriately after their babies died. Like the baby bath comment. Parents who hadn’t met each other and now a doctor all reporting inappropriate behaviour. It must make them feel sick to the stomach.

Thank you, he is nearly five months and apart from weight gain concerns and some monitoring of his immune system, he seems to be thriving.
It's amazing watching how the nurses work and the amazing work they all do on little babies. Mine was 5lb 8oz at 38 weeks, so on smaller side, but not as tiny as some I saw.
I did think that if they did the same feed method, she would have had to purposely put that plunger in to put air in. It's just so awful. And they must have been in so much pain as well. I remember being really upset because my baby boy had to have cannulas repeatedly done his second time in hospital and the crying he did was horrific.
Like I've said before, this case is close to my heart and I hope she is locked away forever and closely monitored so she can't end her life. She deserves to spend the whole of her life paying for the awful things she has caused these families to go through and every single one of the babies and their families in this case deserves justice.

I've finally caught up on all posts and oh my god, it's had me in tears. The comment about the dad absolutely sobbing. It just breaks my heart.
I couldn't fault any of the staff during our Neonatal stay. The only faults I had was blood results took a long time to get back and that they were so overworked. These people did so much for me and our family and they genuinely saved my son's life. They hugged me and my husband when we cried (I cried a lot) and they reassured us it was ok when it really felt like it wasn't. I just couldn't imagine having someone like Letby there, because none of them were like her.
I just feel for everyone in this trial. All the doctors and nurses who had worked so hard to keep these babies alive when they were born, let alone having the unknown harm that was happening, the parents of these little miracles, who already have to deal with such trauma of having a baby needing a neonatal stay, let alone going through the added upset of their babies becoming ill and in some cases, having lifelong disabilities or sadly dying. Those poor little babies.
I do believe everyone deserves a fair trial, so innocent until proven guilty and even if she is found guilty, I don't think anything will repair the damage she has inflicted.
But honestly, I can't see how her innocence can be proven at this point and this is only from the evidence we've heard.

And I reckon people probably were gossiping about her connection, because let's face it, there was suddenly quite a few unexplained incidents and deaths happening and all of them were under her watch.
