Despite her being a 24/25 year old at the time...Her 'social' messages are about work. Her heels are kittens, her house is kitted out in 'live, love, laugh' and her best friend is a middle aged woman.

Are there any pictures inside her house? I can't find any on Google x

No you’re right, but it does put - for me - a question mark over why he would want to insert himself in the investigation? Is it an altruistic need for justice? A shot of glory in a massive, massive story?
The expert witnesses gave it big licks in the case of the girl accused of shaking the baby in America (her name escapes me right now) , but later retracted it to say he was arrogant and tunnel visioned on one bias.
Again, just my opinion, but it’s such a little detail that does for me, sow that little seed of doubt.

On our wards the 6s are clinical leads, the acute hospital they're junior sisters so it must be different everywhere. 5s always seem to be staff nurses tho!

Just thinking of where I worked. 6’s had a some managerial responsibilities, but classed as senior staff nurses. A practitioner was definitely further up the banding.

I'm really interested what anyone who's on the fence makes of this particular evidence. I'm not calling you out or anything like that, I respect your views entirely but I think this is compelling. Another point of view will be welcome

Confused about how they can’t push for a murder charge here. They think they can prove she killed 7 others and attempted to murder this child 3 days before it’s death. Doesn’t seem like a big reach to assume she’s responsible, unless the cause of death doesn’t fit with foul play, slightly puzzled

I dunno that sounds a bit of a stretch and more like a movie plot! Was IVF even common place around 1990 when she was born. I'm a couple years older than her and I don't remember knowing of any IVF babies when I was growing up. If anyone has stats on babies born by IVF around that time I'd be interested. Obviously there were some, but not enough for me to think she was likely to have been one, you never know though!

I'm not sure how useful those videos are - at 17.01 on the second video, she includes a photography still of a completely random woman whilst doing a VoiceOver about LL.

Yeah that looks an error for sure, doesn’t look remotely like Letby.

Was it said in court that all the babies/families had something in common? If so, why hasn't that thing been pointed out yet?

Do we know the ethnicities of the families, ages of the parents, any sorts of details like that which might indicate a pattern?

Generally when I’ve had fully comprehensive insurance (uk) it would allow me to drive other cars with 3rd party, fire and theft cover, but I would not want to take that risk with someone else’s car. If me or other family members wanted to drive each others cars we used to have to add named drivers either for the full year or a short period of time.

Things may be different here now with specific carriers - I worked for State Farm a few years back & recall adding young adults as soon as they turned 15, increasing rates substantially. I am a listed driver on all our cars but certain I’d be covered with permission from a driver unless underinsured or uninsured, which is unlikely. It’s quite interesting to me to learn/hear all the differences in law, language, etc. between the US and other countries. Even how pharmacies operate in Germany, for instance, and universities in Austria vs. here. I’ve been to London & Scotland and loved them both. Speaking to residents was like talking to cousins!
