Yes like mid June and returned 23rd June to then cause a baby to collapse. No problems whilst she was on holiday.

genuine question- was there no collapses etc or just that they aren’t relevant to this case?

Definitely would have been better to say that..it baffles me!
And I really have no clue....I doubt she will take the stand...so we will never know?

I know that detectives are highly trained in interview techniques and also reading body language to a degree.
So I look at it this way....well, firstly her solicitor will have been given " disclosure" prior to interview and if that came up I would have imagined he or she would have asked her if she had and surely would have advised her to be truthful!
The police may have kept it up their sleeve and not disclosed it ( not quite sure how.much they do give away to solicitor to be honest.)
She will have been interviewed so many times so I would have thought that early on her solicitor would have said just be honest..cos the Facebook stuff comes up so much! This is why I don't believe she has been truthful with solicitor or herself??
Personally...I think the fact she's clearly lied all the way through looks much worse?
Prob makes no sense but it's how I look at it?
It smells of arrogance to me...especially that she clearly can't have been truthful with her solicitor!!
That, to me stinks to be honest!!

Would that fall under the Culpable Homicide banner I wonder? There was a case of a woman who killed her child and that's what she was charged on and her prison sentence was pitiful.

Sounds like it could. I think in Scotland it's a majority verdict with more jury people? So on the other hand she could be more likely to be found guilty also - given the evidence we have so far

In that BBC link, it shows LLs colleague as saying it was strange because baby was small and compromised in utero etc. I think that was the message that was initially recorded as LL saying it initially and the colleague saying they were all similar. If BBC is right (assuming this was one of the corrected texts they're referred to either earlier or yesterday) then I find it more telling that LL said they were all similar. Was that a Freudian slip or did she just mean that they were similar because they all crashed suddenly out of nowhere. Especially as colleague appeared suspicious and then said ignore me, just speculating

Why is that inapproriate, it's quite common for Downs to not be immediately picked up

Do they still do pre-birth screening for Downs Syndrome? They used to. I don’t think it’s 100% accurate but would it not pick up most cases?
Plus there are physical signs that would be noted after birth.

Hope your baby is doing well now.
I think they start with very small amounts then build up slowly. The stomach is stretchy after all.
I don’t know how many weeks the over-fed baby was. He/she might have been born a good few weeks before?
Anyway, if they were tolerating feeds, that’s a good sign.
Poor baby.

The FOI request showed most of the babies that died were within the first 7 days. I know one had been there 100 days but I don’t think that was this baby

Ah yeah I get you. I think just the trend stopping when she’s on holiday and moving to days when she moved to days it feels like she’d have had to been set up by the real murderer which to me feels a little far fetched.
unless they’ve got the whole which ones were natural and which deliberate wrong but then the whole case is a mess surely.

highly, highly unlikely yes but I’m yet to hear anything to rule out. I don’t think this is the case, just pointing out another possibility however unlikely that might be

Nothing would make it ok or be an excise but I don't think the 'why' is irrelevant, I think its crucial to help us understand what could make a person capable of such things and whether there were any warning signs.

I’d disagree if she is guilty then it makes no difference why, it won’t bring anyone back. Yes it gives you a better understanding but she could still be guilty without ever knowing why.
