genuine question- was there no collapses etc or just that they aren’t relevant to this case?Yes like mid June and returned 23rd June to then cause a baby to collapse. No problems whilst she was on holiday.
I know you daft bugger. I was pulling your legI'm not starting anything, Jesus man, why has everything got to be so serious? I'm making lighthearted jokes. Chill. It was me being called out for an insult I didn't make so I want to clear that up, thanks.
Which was this? Do you have a link? ThanksIt seems there’s some doubt around the credibility of Dr Evans, I see he’s been involved in some legal case previously that has not gone well.
Thank you!! I appreciate your reply.Definitely would have been better to say that..it baffles me!
And I really have no clue....I doubt she will take the stand...so we will never know?
I could be wrong...but can't see it?
I know that detectives are highly trained in interview techniques and also reading body language to a degree.
So I look at it this way....well, firstly her solicitor will have been given " disclosure" prior to interview and if that came up I would have imagined he or she would have asked her if she had and surely would have advised her to be truthful!
The police may have kept it up their sleeve and not disclosed it ( not quite sure how.much they do give away to solicitor to be honest.)
She will have been interviewed so many times so I would have thought that early on her solicitor would have said just be honest..cos the Facebook stuff comes up so much! This is why I don't believe she has been truthful with solicitor or herself??
Personally...I think the fact she's clearly lied all the way through looks much worse?
Prob makes no sense but it's how I look at it?
It smells of arrogance to me...especially that she clearly can't have been truthful with her solicitor!!
That, to me stinks to be honest!!
Thanks, I'll take a lookThere’s one on ITV Hub and there will be some on YouTube.
Sounds like it could. I think in Scotland it's a majority verdict with more jury people? So on the other hand she could be more likely to be found guilty also - given the evidence we have so farWould that fall under the Culpable Homicide banner I wonder? There was a case of a woman who killed her child and that's what she was charged on and her prison sentence was pitiful.
Do they still do pre-birth screening for Downs Syndrome? They used to. I don’t think it’s 100% accurate but would it not pick up most cases? Why is that inapproriate, it's quite common for Downs to not be immediately picked up
I haven't got NowTV. Can I get a free trial just to watch the programme? Also Nowtv have a three part documentary on BA.
it saysCan anyone remember when she went on holiday? Didn't things " settle down" but something happen on her very first day back?
I have had a look back and can't see it
You've just answered questions I posted..thanks!!
The FOI request showed most of the babies that died were within the first 7 days. I know one had been there 100 days but I don’t think that was this babyHope your baby is doing well now.
I think they start with very small amounts then build up slowly. The stomach is stretchy after all.
I don’t know how many weeks the over-fed baby was. He/she might have been born a good few weeks before?
Anyway, if they were tolerating feeds, that’s a good sign.
Poor baby.
Thanks. I could have sworn it was LL.In another text exchange, her colleague said: “There’s something odd about that night and the other three that went so suddenly.”
Ms Letby asked: “What do you mean? Odd that we lost three and in different circumstances?”
The colleague replied: “Were they that different? Ignore me, I’m speculating.”
Which child was murdered by poisoning? But we know for definite some were murdered because they were poisoned. This has been agreed by both sides, including LL.
Fabulous, thanksWhat was peoples reasoning for not guilty? Good on you for standing your ground!
Yes they always have a 7 day trial but don’t forget to cancel it
highly, highly unlikely yes but I’m yet to hear anything to rule out. I don’t think this is the case, just pointing out another possibility however unlikely that might beAh yeah I get you. I think just the trend stopping when she’s on holiday and moving to days when she moved to days it feels like she’d have had to been set up by the real murderer which to me feels a little far fetched.
unless they’ve got the whole which ones were natural and which deliberate wrong but then the whole case is a mess surely.
Also Nowtv have a three part documentary on BA.Thanks, I'll take a look
Short hair one?Found a picture of her with the same colleague from as far back in 2013. What a head fuck that woman must be going through.
I still have no ideaYou both need to search for her colleague that she texted (JJK) like this post once you see so I can remove @avabella
Worked it out nowI still have no idea![]()
I’d disagree if she is guilty then it makes no difference why, it won’t bring anyone back. Yes it gives you a better understanding but she could still be guilty without ever knowing why.Nothing would make it ok or be an excise but I don't think the 'why' is irrelevant, I think its crucial to help us understand what could make a person capable of such things and whether there were any warning signs.
