Would literally be the last factor in my head.I think they’re house is a first home, so you might not move in with a kid but you could do/have one and then sell when you want more space but there house will continue to increase in value despite what they’ve done to it

2 bed house is a stepping stone, with their ever growing income they soon will be able to afford something bigger with the bathroom upstairs and room for both of them to have an office. Once you are on the housing ladder, it's so much easier to start climbing up.Why do you think so? Genuinely curious.
