I liked her when she was just focused on gym content but can’t stand her now that she thinks she’s some amazing runner. She comes across as a massive hypocrite because she was always calling out unqualified PTs online, yet then thinks she is qualified to be a running coach? It’s frankly made me lose all respect for her.I don’t mind her gym content but the running aspect grates on me. I will never understand why she does all her runs in the Nike tempos, even easy runs! To me they are a faster day workout shoe. Where is the shoe rotation?! Then it also bothers me she wears gym shark tops to run in that really don’t look sweat wicking or breathable

I'm so nosy so i've been wondering this too. They don't seem to be spending any time together or engaging with each others posts. Obviously we don't know her personally but on social media she seems happier and thriving when she's not with himAre her and Ben still together? I doubt she would do that. When she did her ultra she said she was in a bad place mentally as all the running made her lose much of her muscle mass, so I doubt she’d want to 100% focus on runningI think she’d also have to adjust her weight lifting/workout schedule to go sub 3, running would have to be the primary focus. I can say all I like though as for me I can probably only do that pace for 1km at best, maybe I could stretch it to a mile in perfect conditions. I can’t imagine holding it for a 5k never mind a marathon.
She also said she had new shoes for the marathon which seems a bit mental. I too am so surprised she didn’t think about the elevation. It’s not a good advert for her coaching that’s for sure.Watching her video about the marathon...how was the elevation profile of the race a shock? Who doesn't check that? She also said she thinks she could go sub 3 after she's had kids...sure...that's the time to be throwing in the amount of time into training that would require. She did at least say she might get a coach for her next marathon attempt (presumably not for Lanzarote) hopefully an actual running specialist coach. She has at least checked the elevation for the next one![]()
I've actually attempted to reach out to her and tell her for running shoes you sometimes need to size up 0.5 to 1 whole size. She knew better apparently.... your feet should NOT be in that state!She says it’s because her toes are so screwed from the marathon she needs antibioticsI’m pretty sure that shouldn’t be happening, but it seems like after every endurance event she does, her toes are just completed messed up. Surely that means she is wearing the wrong size shoes? Your toes should not be gushing blood after every long run or race
