If her brother has adhd and autism is it possible Louise has it too, and that her fixation/special interest could be her health and body? She was all about fitness and working out before, openly admitted to using excessive alcohol to cope with social situations and dealing with people (masking?) plus she can't seem to keep ontop of keeping her rooms clutter free without paid for help (life admin) she had shown her rooms piled almost to the ceiling with boxes, clothes, accessories etc

I searched sam thompson hair transplant (as he is forever mentioning it) and saw a few insta posts about being in hospital for colonoscopy (March 2023 and then something undisclosed but he mentioned it himself in may 2024) that made me think he could have UC like his sister?

Their mum seems to be trying to spend more time with them now, but still seems a bit cold / distant from the pics and when he features her on podcasts.
