Hahaha I was coming here to say just this. She’s acting as if she rose out of adversity writing night and day and struggling through to make it as an author from nothing rather than gaining fame for putting glittery makeup on her face on camera and then using her Z list status to spit out a few chick lit novels that read like a 10 year’s diary, which are primarily bought by fan girls. The delusions of grandeur are real.

No way would Louise ever let Darcy wear a tattoo choker. It's actually funny, seeing those pictures made me realise that she's 9. When she's with Louise I sometimes feel like she's 5 or 6.

She says she's labour but she's also a millionaire landlord with a privately educated child. Champagne socialist.

What a privilege to spend lockdown doing up your giant house and impulse buying clothes that don't fit and looking for office space you don't need, all while alluding to financial loses you claim to be enduring. My sister lost her job in March so I've been stressed every day since then about supporting both of us. Many of my friends lost jobs as well or had job offers pulled just as they graduated. Those are actual financial losses.

I notice that she said she is donating all her book sale "royalties", not all her fee 🤨 she gets paid most of her fee before she even writes it, then she said she gets a percentage of the book sales as a nice little bonus (all in her words a few weeks back).. so lets be clear, her whole fee hasn't been donated. Just her bonus money. A nice thing to do for sure but not completely altruistic. She has already made enough money from this book and no doubt the extra sales will boost her name for an even bigger book deal fee next time.

It seems like some people here either have a very limited experience of renting or are unaware of what renting is like for people less fortunate than themselves. The idea that the colour of the walls or the aesthetic of a perfectly functioning bathroom would “put you off living” somewhere is incredibly self-righteous. And god forbid the bathroom would be used before?! I hope anyone that feels that way at least understands how lucky they are to have those opinions. I think the colour she’s gone for is one of the most “liveable” she could’ve chosen. It’s neutral, modern and will hide scuff marks. I’ve lived in rented properties all my adult life and none have been to this standard.
Tell me about it I've got a shitty landlord currently. The "using a pre-used bathroom" got me too, unless you buy a new build the bathroom is going to haven been used by someone else, what a princess.

Although I will say- not to detract from what anyone's saying about Louise- but Kate Middleton definitely has a nanny and cook and all the rest too xD not saying that she isn't a good mum or doesn't spend time with her children though.
Kate is the future queen. Louise makes rubbish videos on the Internet.

Oh god - don't know what has happened to me that I'm suddenly feeling the urge to defend her BUT I found out I had broken ribs 3 years after it happened during an unrelated scan. It's possible that she found out later that her ribs had indeed been broken, or possible that she said she fell off her bike or something at the time. Abuse in middle class families is notoriously under spotted - at her private school when she would be expected to be withdrawn after the death of her mum, I can absolutely picture no one noticing enough to help her.

Or she could be massively exaggerating like she does her birth trauma. Who knows? With abuse though I won't play detective- traumatic memories are often muddled and there may be inconsistencies- doesn't mean it didn't happen.

I get that carpet might be warm and comfy, but you could also just invest in good insulation, proper windows, and better heating, and then you'd be able to have less disgusting flooring  also, rugs exist and are way easier to keep clean and hygienic. I've lived in the UK for a while and just found all the carpet flooring quite strange and unpleasant, especially if it was not that new anymore.... Dunno, just seems a bit backwards tbh

Anyhow, back to topic.
We're not all made of money! Like seriously? Do you know how much double glazed windows cost for starters?? And kitting a house out to be better insulators can cost thousands and thousands, let alone the amount of money you could spend just by popping the heating up at home of a normal night.
Carpets aren't disgusting, you hoover them and from time to time give them a deeper clean? Like, what is the problem? I think 'backwards' might be a bit of a stretch lollll.

It's so grim for the kids. I cannot understand how someone who has been treated so awfully is comfortable putting their child in such a vulnerable position.

We know Darcy (age 8) was being teased about her mum.

We know that Darcy is being asked to make scripted ads at 9.

What next?

Darcy age 10 watches an old disney vlog of her and is suddenly mortified by her 6 year old self?

Darcy age 12 is teased about her mum's 'first time' video?

Darcy age 16 realises that her boyfriend's mum has been watching her online since she was a baby?

Darcy age 20 is rejected from a job because her online profile makes her too risky?

It's crazy to me that you would do that to your kid. We'll see lawsuits against these Instamums this decade.

I can't get past the Dad introducing his new bit to his daughter five days after his daughter's mother died. Five fucking days. Poor Louise :(

I despise men like this and I can see why Louise has struggled so much with her relationship with him. Even if he genuinely didn't see the abuse from the woman, how is it not emotionally abusive to force your grieving child to see you with a replacement for her mother days later? He has no defense for his behaviour whatsoever.

And I agree that it's very shitty of Matt to spring Devon meeting Darcy on Louise with little to no warning when he must have known the history of her own experiences. Pure selfishness from him. And for people defending him by saying "well Louise didn't warn him when Darcy met Liam!", would you really extend a level of respect and consideration to a man who so clearly doesn't give a fuck about respecting you or the abuse you experienced?

I don't get the people who defend Matt on here 😂 he's a massive pleb 😂

Hey can I ask... What was the malteaser moment that Louise had that was mentioned in the other thread? I've been wondering.
Also... I've been a fan of Louise for a long time and have quite a high tolerance for rubbish normally... But I've gotta say, during covid her putting on insta stories that she cant wait for a 'wagas' was pushing it for me. People are out there, financially struggling, sick, in domestic violence situations and she's complaining about not being able to get wagamamas, something that is not financially accessible for so many people even out of quarantine... I mean, that's the definition of privilege right there.
Also there was a magazine article put out recently where she said that she hadn't washed her hair on about nine years and 'needed' the salon. I mean, even if she was half-joking it was in poor taste. Honestly. Life is more than salon appointments and takeaways.
in short, liam ate some of louises minstrels (she still had half a sharing size bag left) and she sent him a text saying that she shared her house and life with him and that she just wanted something that was hers.. she was practically crying with anger, it was quite scary

I can’t believe how many ads Lousie is using Darcy for. But don’t worry guys it’s okay because Darcy understands🙄. I have posted these before but let’s not forget View attachment 200293View attachment 200294
1. Darcy doesn't understand, not properly, she is a child, children don't understand how it all works properly.

2. God she is such a aggressive bitch (I won't say passive anymore, because she is past that). The way she tries to respond to criticism is so aggressive in such a twee way, it's like Louise knows the commenter is right, but Louise knows she only makes money because she shills her children on YouTube.

Exactly, she’s inadvertently teaching her kids to care deeply about what other people think and not feeling good enough with what you have. She is subconsciously teaching them to be insecure and jealous of others. Her kitchen is HUGE and functioning and in my opinion a lovely kitchen but she still doesn’t think it’s good enough
Let that be a lesson for us normal folk, even people in huge houses with gorgeous kitchens, rooms, gardens feel like they have isn't good enough and want more more more. Most of us would love Louises house but of course, she doesn't have a navy blue shaker kitchen/island with bifolding doors so she isn't happy. Keeping up with the Jones's is such a toxic way to live.

Does anyone else find it so wrong that one of her favourite hobbies is going to charity shops and taking all the good stuff? She is a millionaire and doesn't need to find bargains that could be really useful for people in need. They are called charity shops at the end of the day. It's almost like it's a fun game to her but for some people they can only afford to get stuff from charity shops and it isn't fun for them! It kind of reminds me of Alfie deyes' infamous £1 video where it was like a novelty to have no money for the day. She should leave the stuff in charity shops for other people! I remember the time she found a yellow coat with the tags still on it and it was a size too small but she bought it anyway. Someone who was struggling could have really needed a new coat. End of rant!

Re the name thing, the way Louise speaks about her relationship it’s like she’s constantly preparing for it to end. Which is a strange mindset but I suppose relates to her divorce. I think the thing with Pearl’s surname is just an aspect of that.

Honestly I've rented the entirety of my adult life and that bathroom is gold standard compared to a lot of them I've had in my flats. It's clean, it's well kept, there's no major issues. I'm sure she'll do up the bathroom when she has the money to do so anyway, it's much more important that a house has safe wiring than having a brand new bathroom.

When she wrote on her stories about a new ad post and not being sure if it’s showing in people’s feeds 🤣 No Louise, people can see it! We just don’t give a shit about overpriced crap devices for our kids, everyone is skint right now! So arrogant and tone death as usual!

I commented on that post on FB and said while it is an unprofessional thing to say, the whole comment thread had basically turned into a teacher bashing session with people trying to out-do each other with how shit their teachers are. Now as a teacher, I know there are some shitty ones (just like any profession) but the vast majority are caring, supportive and professional, often with zero appreciation from their students. That's fine, we don't do the job for head pats, but it is disappointing for someone to use their platform this way. I bet she was a fucking awful student - we've seen that as an adult she can barely stick to work deadlines, complains about multitasking and needs to be the constant centre of attention. I bet if I was her teacher, I would have advised against taking a rigorous and academic subject like A-level English as well, not because she mightn't have been capable, but because she clearly doesn't give a fuck.

And as you say, the woman is barely an author - she 'team wrote' (being generous) a few novels, and two glorified self help books, all of which read like a pretentious 13 year old wrote them.
