I think it's because she is honestly not a great broadcaster - she is not relatable at all.

I don't believe this statement for a minute. If you look at her original post when the Drive announcement came out, there was nothing there to indicate this was short term. Even in the comments underneath that she was interacting with people telling her 'this is your time to shine' 'your big break' etc
This statement shows that she has no ambition and is happy to be a bridesmaid.
At this stage, 2FM will continue to treat her like this because she is allowing this treatment.
